Step 1 Warming up and free talk

1.

Sing a song < I can swim and I can jump > T: In the song, what can the boy do? S: He can run/skate/.... T: What can you do?

Ss: I can run / skate / play football/ sing / play basketball / …

T: Well done. You can do so many thing. What can I do? Look, I can draw.

Teach : draw (PPT点击出示，以图片引导学生理解)

Ss: Read after T

T: Boys and girls, can you draw? Ss:Yes ,we can. T:What can you draw? S; I can draw a …(tree, bird, kite) Step 2 Presentation 1.T: You can draw many pictures, I can draw pictures too. Look, this is my picture.

Guess, what place is it ?

Teach :park (car-park) T: What can you see in the picture? （板书句型）) S: I can see …

S: I can see Mike and Tim. (教师贴出相关人物) 2. Watch and choose

T: What are they doing in the park? 1)

T:（通过学生回答，顺势揭题）Today , we’ll learn Unit 4 Drawing in the park.

Learn Picture1 T: Let’s go to the park with Mike and Tim together. The park is very beautiful. If you were Mike, What can you say? S:… (引导学生回答) T: Listen，what does Mike say ? S: (跟读) T: Please try to think what will Tim say? Teach : Good idea. 4. Listen and circle.

T: As we know, Mike and Tim draw some pictures in the park, What do they draw?

Please listen to the story and circle the things they draw. Teach: flower(听音，补全单词), boat(coat) 5. Read and answer (通过两个问题，引导学生分段细读文本，理解记忆)

T: Can Tim draw them?

(出示两个问题) Q1: Can Tim draw the tree and the flower? Q2: Can Tim draw the boat?

1) Read P 24 a. read P 24 , try to answer the first question.

How do you know that?

Teach: It’s easy.

T: Look, this is Tim’s picture, Is it nice? If you were Tim, how to introduce your picture. Talk with your partner and then show us.

S: (pair work) 3) Read and answer (解决最后一幅图) a. T: Can Tim draw the boat? Ss: No, he can’t.

T: How do you know that? (引导学生找出第五幅图的关键句)

Is that a boat? (指导学生关于一般疑问句的朗读) b. T: Why Tim can’t draw the boat?

S: It’s difficult.

Teach : difficult = not easy 困难的(听音，组合单词) c. Read Picture 4 after the tape

Step 3 Reading time 1，Read together 2，Read in roles Step 4

Consolidation 1, Fill in the blanks 2, T: Although it is difficult for Tim to draw a boat ,but he can try, so what do you think of Tim ?

Remember: Whatever it is difficult , we should have a try. Step 5 Homework 1. Read after the tape three times.
