一、教材分析

本节课是一年级起点四年级上英语Module 6 Unit 1的课文教学，课型为新授课。课文讲述的是在一个中国广为流传的民间神话故事。学生对这故事耳熟能详，适合进行故事教学。故事陈述涉及的语法点是过去式及其否定形式的表达，学生在经过本册前几个模块的学习，对使用过去式及其否定形式描述发生过的事情的句式有所了解,在此基础上本模块通过有趣的故事学习，引出过去式及其否定形式描述发生过的事情的句式，这也是本册教材的重点之一。

二、学生分析

小学四年级学生有一定的英语基础，并通过前几个模块的学习对过去时态的含义很熟悉，有利于理解本节课句式的含义，有利于对故事的理解。“故事是儿童的第一需要”，是儿童成长过程中不可缺少的一部分，生动有趣的故事能够唤起学生的学习兴趣，因此，在教学中我通过设计的一些问题，让学生在回答问题的同时了解课文内容，培养学生综合运用语言，说出完整的、逻辑性强的句子，培养学生的整体输出能力，并达到讲述故事的目的。

三、教学目标

1、Knowledge Aim（知识目标）

2、Ability

Aim（能力目标）

学会运用过去式的否定形式描述事件，能够在图片和关键词的提示下，讲述神笔马良的故事。能够看图讲述英语小故事。

通过学习马良的故事，明白做人不可以贪得无厌，要做一个善良，

乐于助人的人，懂得自食其果的道理。

4、学习策略

全体学生能够尝试阅读英语故事及其他英语课外读物。

5、文化意识

全体学生能够通过读民间英语故事了解中西文化的异同。

toothbrush 设计意图：师生同唱歌曲，营造轻松学习环境，调整学生学习状态，通过Free talk复习过去式的用法，为本课作知识铺垫。

Retell the story: 在图片提示下讲故事

设计意图：在故事教学中，通过一个主线问题，激发学生的学习兴趣，并根据故事的发展设计由易到难的小问题，帮助理解课文，最后学生以小组为单位讲述故事。通过模仿跟读，注重培养学生的倾听能力、模仿能力和朗读能力。
