本节课作为单元话题的拓展部分，教学内容整合本教材话题内容以及其他教材如牛津英语、朗文英语和香港教材Step Up。本节课的词汇是泰国、日本和意大利的特色食物或饮料的名称（Tom Yum kung, curry chicken，coconut juice, sushi, pasta, pizza）；句型是关于点餐的礼貌用语：--What would you like?-- I’d like …./ --Would you like …? --Yes, please. / --No, thanks./--Could I have …? --Sure. 希望学生能模拟点餐情境，在感受更多的餐厅文化的基础上，综合运用所学语言进行表演。

Read the Menu

活动一：读菜单,表达自己喜爱的食物及原2

Read the menu of Chinese restaurant

因。

首先教师引导学生读中国餐厅的菜单，并学会表达自己喜欢的食物。

Read the menu of Thai restaurant, Japanese 接着教师呈现日本、restaurant and Italian restaurant in groups. And 泰国和意大利餐厅的talk about them.

Foods or drinks: Thai: Tom Yum Kung, curry chicken, coconut juice Japanese: sushi ,cold noodles Italian: pasta, pizza Patterns: I’d like the … and …. Wow, so yummy!

菜单，让学生在小组中自学菜单，并表达自己喜欢的食物。遇到不懂读或不认识的食物，引导学生在小组内通过互助学习，运用phonics或看图等方法掌握食物的发音及意思。最后老师检验学习效果，进行针对性教学引导。体现学生学习的自主和合作。

因为是异地教学，不清楚孩子在校是否有关于skimming 和scanning的

阅读策略的训练，所以在呈现这部分时，如果学生并没有过相关训练的话，我将给与学生更细致的示范和引导。
