一、教学目标
1、知识与技能:复习Which season do you like?及其回答,学会以第三人称的口吻,询问他人喜欢的季节,以及表述他人能够做和喜欢做的事情。即拓展学习Which season does he like?及回答,学会表达She/He likes…及She/He doesn’t like…
2、过程与方法:创设情境,运用听说读写四大技能,小组间进行合作,让学生在比较接近于实际的情景中,熟练地运用上述的语言进行交流。
3、情感态度价值观:通过本课学习培养学生热爱生活,热爱大自然的情感,并且在学生操练过程中注重培养学生学习英语的自信心。
二、教学重难点:能够正确运用第三人称,询问他人喜欢的季节,以及表述他人能够做和喜欢做的事情,即拓展学习Which season does he like?及回答;难点为如何正确表述She/He likes…及She/He doesn’t like…
三、教学过程设计
Step One
Warming up
Say hello to the students. Free talk “How many seasons in a year? ”
Step Two
Leading in 1. Then review the four seasons with the different pictures. 2. Show the riddle “Which season is the most dangerous one?” to the students. Talk about the answer--- fall.

(Purpose:Riddle is a common game,which arouse the students’
interest of learning English. At the same time, let’s review the season words.)
3. Create a context to lead into the English world:In order to make the environment more beautiful, we should ask for help of wind of Spring、rain of Summer、leaves of Fall、snow of Winter. But we have to go through four levels to finish some tasks first. All my friends! Are you ready? OK. Let’s go! (Purpose:To guide the students to complete the task through the context. And the task is more and more difficult. I want to use this form to stimulate the curiosity of students. At the same time, finish the core language training.)
Step Three
Presentation and Practice
Level 1:
T:Welcome to Level 1. Let’s practice the dialogue with your partners. “Which season do you like? I like... I can...” then show us. All the students practice in pairs and show us. (Purpose:Speaking is the main skill. Review the main expression “Which season do you like?” and the answer, which makes preparation for the following .)
T: Wow, congratulation! You’ve got the Wind of Spring.
Level 2:
T : Welcome to Level 2. Are you ready? Let’s have a look.
T : First let’s go to Part A : Open your books to page 83. Let’s listen and circle. T : OK. Next part. Part B: Based on the Level 1, practice the

expressions “Which season does he\she like? He\She likes…. He\She can….” You should practice three a group. (Purpose:When the students make a show, they must change into the third personal form based on the Level 1.)
T: Wow, congratulation! You’ve got the Rain of Summer. Level 3:
T: You did the good job. Welcome to Level 3.
T: First part also the listening test on page 82. Do you understand? T: It’s so easy. Now let’s come to next part. Finish the five sentences. Maybe they’re a little difficult for you.
T: Let’s check out your answers. (Purpose:Use more exercise to consolidate the third personal form in the main expression and improve their listening and writing abilities.)
T: Wow, let’s look at the result. OK, You’re so clever. Congratulation! You’ve got the Leaves of Fall. Step Four
Production Level 4:
T: Wow, good boys and clever girls! Welcome to Level 4. Are you tired? Are you happy? T: Let’s look at the new question. T: OK. Read it by yourself or your group. Then four students a group to make up new dialogues, then show us. (Purpose:This is a process of digestion and understanding, then use the knowledge to complete daily communication creatively. It’s also the process which the language is internalized to output.)
T: These two groups did great. Time’s up. So let’s practice after class. OK? T: Let’s see the result. Wow, congratulations to you all. You’ve got

the last thing, the Snow of Winter.
Step Five
Wrap up & Homework T: Through our efforts, we have completed that challenge of four levels successfully. Now let’s sum up the English skills during the challenge. T: So today’s homework :
1. Copy the main expressions of the whole lesson.
2. Complete the new dialogue with your partners.
3. Find out some methods to protect environment. (Purpose:Homework is an extension. Maybe some students haven’t understood the whole knowledge during the class. So they need to consolidate with the help of others after class. )
