Time: 2019. 4. 11 Aims:

1) 学生能用英文基本概括《灰姑娘》和《睡美人》两个故事的开端、发展、结局; 2) 学生能分析灰姑娘这个人物性格。

3）学生能比较《灰姑娘》中的教母和《睡美人》中的厨师，《灰姑娘》中的继母和《睡美人》的食人妖这两组组人物，来找出他们的共同性格特点 ; 4) 学生能从人物分析和比较中学到一些道理，如：善待他人。

5）学生能由小说联系生活，举例说说同伴在生活中如何表现读后总结出来的好品质。

Focuses:

学生能分析和比较故事人物。

Difficulties: 1.学生能用恰当的词归纳人物性格并认读该词；

2.学生能举生活例子，能用英语表达同伴在日常生活中的好品质。

Step 1 Have a quiz about the plots of Cinderella and Greeting& Sleeping Beauty by asking Ss some question Lead-in chains.

Warming-up

以抢答的形式检测学生对《灰姑娘》和《睡美人》这两个故事的情节的熟悉程度，同时复习一些词汇。

发言人概括故事情节能激发学生的学习兴趣，锻炼学生的英语口头表达能力。

Step 2

Share homework (8 mins)

Ask two spokesmen to sum up the plots of Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty. The other Ss listen and give comments.

Step3

analyze and compare the characters (10 mins)

1. Guide Ss how to analyze the character Cinderella and how to compare two group characters between stories.

2. Ss discuss in groups to analyze and compare the characters.(学生分组完成人物分析和比较) 1) One team analyzes Cinderella. 2) One team compares the stepmother and the ogress. 3) One team compares the godmother and the cook. 3. Have students show and share their analization and comparison. Step 4

sublimate the theme (10 mins)

引导学生分析灰姑娘这个人物并且比较《灰姑娘》和《睡美人》中两组人物的所做所说，从这两组物的事例中找到人物性格共同点

。以此培养学生分析，比较的学习思维能力，再继续引导学生从童话故事里学习一些道理，如：善待他人。

小组讨论可以实现学生之间的生生互助，培养学优生的信心和帮助学困生比较故事人物。

What do you learn from the good characters? We can learn to be on time, kind, helpful, positive, brave , patient, persistent, patient and hard-working.

2. Ss pick one of the good personalities to describe their friends how to be like this in their daily lives.
