一、教材分析与处理

本节课来自仁爱版八年级下册第七单元第一个话题Section C部分，阅读课型。本文以“Helping people”为主线，学生以“为何帮助和怎么帮助”为情境，引导学生从文本中找出所需要的语言知识进行分析，并通过邀请明星来校参加活动进行捐款的活动，学会书写邀请函，最后让学生明白“one person can make a change”and we will make a better world with our help。

应用三维五环模式完成本节课的教学目标。在Pre -reading环节，学生通过观看图片对文章内容进行一个预测。引出本课的话题。在创设的情境中，把课文文本的重难点句型提前展示出来并不断重复操练，让学生学习和记忆新词汇和新句型。在while-reading环节，通过fast-reading找主旨大意，构建框架，帮助学生形成对文本的整体输入，为最后的写作输出做好铺垫。再通过

careful-reading进行细节补充，同时巩固本课的新词汇和重点句型。在post-reading环节，邀请神秘嘉宾来参加我校的文化艺术节。然后根据导入环节中预设的情景：写邀请函来请部分明星来参加志愿者活动。在邀请函中写出要邀请的明星名字和需要帮助的内容，以训练在真实的语境中运用所学语言的能力。倡导学生在学习的同时，学会关心照顾别人，树立正确的人生观和价值观。整节课采用形成性评价。最后用课文中的一句话来总结本课的主题，I believe one person can make a change.We will make a better world with the help of us . 二、学情分析

学生在Section A，Section B 中已经学习that引导的宾语从句陈述句，一般疑问句及一些征求别人意见，提供帮助等交际功能的基础表达。具备了本课所需要的总结，归纳和综合运用的能力的基础，但是八年级学生的英语学***良莠不齐，所以还需要反复操练来强化学生对新知识的内化。有些学生对文本阅读的技能及文本的篇章结构认识有限；有些学生不敢在课堂上开口表达。这就需要教师创设情景，采取灵活多样的授课方式，调动学生积极性。

三、教学目标
