Teaching aims：

1. Learn new words & phrases

passenger, crazy, anywhere, pollution, advantage, disagree, rider; agree with sb, disagree with sb. 2.

Learn Adverbial Clauses of Condition (if引导的条件状语从句) and express agreement & disagreement (I agree. / I think so./ I disagree with you./ I don't think so) 3. Learn to describe traffic accident in English and obey the traffic rules. Teaching process：

Show title of this lesson, show teaching aims, Review traffic signs. 2.

Use a picture to lead to 3a talk about the pictures of an accident and complete sentences and review Adverbial Clauses of Time. 3.

Learn new words of section A 4.

Listen to 1a finish 1b, check answers. 5.

Watch Video of 1a then explain key points. 6.

Group work: read 1a in role. 7.

Work on 1c, write down three advantages of cycling according to 1a. 8.

Work in group, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of riding bikes, finish 1d. 9.

Work on 2, guess before listening then listen and fill in the blanks. Check answers. Listen again. 10.

Exercise, then summary, homework.
