英语六年级下人教PEP Unit1.C. Story time 教学设计

课题：Unit1. Story time 教材分析： 本课时是人教版小学英语教科书六年级下册第一单元C部分Story time ，呈现的是Zoom 和Zip 招聘足球守门员的故事。学生除了在故事中复习巩固句型How tall are you? How heavy are you? I’m .... He is bigger than ...以外，还可以提高学生阅读兴趣，培养学生语感，节奏，语调。

学情分析： 学生对于本单元有关比较级的内容已有所掌握，并且具有一定的英语阅读技能，能够根据图片，动画，文字理解故事大意。但是本年级学生对运用英语对话和朗读英语比较胆怯和抗拒，部分学生会读会说但不敢开口。 设计思路：

1.创设语境：通过运用真实的球门，教师穿国足的球衣，多媒体课件背景选用草坪背景的方式创设真实的语境。让学生们在语境中理解故事，并且在语境中灵活使用所学语言。

2.听读教学: 通过多听多看录音和动画，增加语言输入。让学生们运用各种形式的阅读，比如：学生自由读，师生互读，同伴互读，分角色朗读。阅读中渗透phonics 拼读技巧。通过听读的方式培养学

生们的语感，语调，节奏。

3.表演情景对话：导课环节请几名学生表演射门，引导学生们进入真实的情景。因本校学生英语基础较薄弱，表演整个故事对于孩子们来说相对比较困难，所以我特采用片段拼接表演的方式，最后组成一个完整的故事表演，孩子们的畏难情绪会有所降低，促进学生兴趣，也能让更多的孩子在有限的时间里都能参与到。

教学目标：

1.

复习巩固本单元所学重点句型： How tall are you? I’m……metres. How heavy are you? I’m…kilograms. 以及比较级句型，并增加语言输入。

2.

培养学生良好的阅读策略，提高自主学习能力。

3.

能够理解内化Part C .Story time 部分。

4.

能够按照正确的意群及语音，语调朗读故事。

5.

能表演故事，能恰当运用故事中的语言。

6.

通过本节课培养学生的团队合作。

教学重点：

1. 复习巩固本单元所学重点句型：How tall are you? I’m…metres. How heavy are you? I’m …kilograms. 以及比较级句型和形容词比较级构成形式。2. 能够听懂，读懂并内化Part C . Story time 的内容。3. 阅读故事,运用正确的语音，语调及节奏。

教学难点：

1掌握一定的阅读策略，能够自主阅读学习。2. 流利阅

读故事，并能表演。3. 将本课所学语言灵活运用到真实的语境中。

教学准备：多媒体课件，教参光盘，尺子，球门，足球，教师穿的球衣,故事人物图片

教学方法：任务型学习，自主学习，合作学习。

教学过程：

Step 1. Warming up 1.

Listen to a song ‘ We will rock you’,and try to sing together.(Attract students’attention,lead them into language environment.) 2.

Greetings . T: Hello,everyone! Nice to see you again ! Nice weather ,right? Look at the shirt on me . Do you know what is it? Ss: Football…. T: Yes! This is Chinese football shirt. Do you like football?

Step2. Lead-in 1.

Show up a football gate to children . Let two chidren perform kicking the ball in front of the football gate. 2.

Show some pictures of goalkeeper and talk about them use key sentences freely.(Review the knowledge that we have learned before.)

Step3. Presentation

1.

Listen to the record twice. 2.

Watch pictures about this story , try to understand this story preliminary and guess what happened among them. 3.

Watch the cartoon together.(Be familiar with this story.) 4.

Reading. （1）.Firstly, students read by themselves,underline the words they can’t read. （2）.Then , read this story follow to the tape.When children meet some words they haven't learned ,teach them how to spell the words use phonics. （3）.Explain some difficult words by using pictures or body language. （4）.Read in differently ways : read to teacher,teacher read to children ,group reading,free reading. 5.

Read in role,students should read emotionaly. 6.

Act the story.Children can choose the part they like . It can reduce the difficulty and improve the interest. Finally,they relay a whole story. 7.

Give this story a tittle. 8.

Answer the questions (1).Who wants to be a goalkeeper?( Put up the animal pictures.)

(2).Who is the excellent goalkeeper? Why?( Talk about those pictures to pratice key sentences.) 8. Emotion learning. Let students know the importance of teamwork. (1). Talking.T: Why hippo is an excellent goalkeeper? Why isn’t giraffe? S: Because giraffe is too tall .He is the tallest one. T: Why isn’t Zebra? S: Because he can’t catch the ball. T: Excellent! Football need teamwork! (2). Watch the video about passing the football. (3).Tell the importance of teamwork.

Step4. Practice Be a judge! Ask the students to go to the front of the platform two,and introduce themselves.( Hi! I want to be a goalkeeper.I’m strong.I’m taller than him!...)Others are judges and choose the best goalkeeper. Tell their reasons .

Step5. Homework 1.

Read this story to your parents and partners. 2.

Make a new dialogue.
