Unit 6 How do you feel?

一、教学内容

PEP小学英语六年级上册Unit6 Part B Read and write

二、教学目标

1. 能力目标：

(1)学生能够在教师的帮助和引领下听懂、理解故事内容。

(2)学生能够在提示词的帮助下，运用本单元所学核心句型复述故事。

(3)学生能够根据阅读所获信息写出故事梗概。

(4)学生能够完成“Reading Report”的填写。

2. 知识目标：

(1)能理解重点单词和词组：grass、won’t、stuck、mud、pull out of。

(2)能理解句子：Please don’t sit on me. Don’t worry. I won’t sit on you。

(3)大部分学生能够通过阅读训练在语篇中捕捉不同类型的信息，提炼出文章的主旨大意。

3. 情感态度、学习策略目标

(1)情感态度目标：培养学生在生活中乐于助人，关爱他人的品质。

(2)学习策略目标：通过指导阅读和自主阅读，培养学生获取主旨大意和重要信息的能力，并能积极与他人合作，分享学习收获。

三、教学重点、难点

1. 教学重点：能够通过阅读故事，获取主旨大意和重要信息。

2. 教学难点：能够在提示词的帮助下，运用核心句型复述故事。

四、教学用具

CAI，ant、Robin的头饰，笑脸磁铁，阅读卡。

五、教学过程

Step 1 Warming up

Greeting. Step 2

Pre-reading 1. Show the picture of Robin and ask “How does Robin feel?”

2. Lead in Robin and the Ant.

Step 3 In-reading

1. General reading Circle the words about feelings. 2. Detailed reading (1) Read the part of the first day

(2) Read the part of the next day

(3) Teach the new words and new sentences. (4) Activity: Beat hamsters. (5) The whole class fills in the blanks. Step 4 Post- reading

(1)Choose the right answer to the question “What does the story tell us?”

(2)Number the pictures. (3)Finish “Fill in the blanks”. (4)Finish

the Reading Report and share the story in groups.

(5)Role-play. (6)Tell the students: Be nice to each other. Step 5 Homework 1. Share the story about Robin and the Ant with your family. 2. Search more interesting stories.
