第四课时教学目标:

Material 1 I’m Kitty. I like playing volleyball, basketball and table tennis. But I like swimming best. Swimming is fun. It makes me healthy and strong. I want to join the swimming class.

Material 2 Peter: I’m Peter. I like swimming too. But I can’t swim well. Can I join the swimming class?

Kitty: Sure. Let’s go together. Peter: What do I need for the swimming class? Kitty: Let’s look at the swimming class notice.

Peter: Oh… I need a swimsuit and a swimming cap.

Kitty: And the swimsuit cannot be too big or too small. Peter: I also need a pair of swimming goggles. Kitty: Yes. Put on the swimming goggles. The water does not get in your eyes.

Peter: What do I do before swimming?

Kitty: You clean your body. Then do warm- up exercises. Do them before you go into the swimming pool.
