教材内容

人教版小学英语四年级下册Unit 6 Shopping Part C 学情分析

四年级的学生大多都处在10岁左右，这个阶段的儿童注意力不稳定，不持久，难于长时间地注意同一事物，容易被一些新奇刺激的事物所吸引。另一方面，他们感知事物的特点比较笼统，不精确，往往只注意到一些孤立的现象，看不出事物之间的联系和特点，对时间和空间的概念比较模糊。这个年龄段的孩子有意识记逐渐占据主导地位，另外一个特点是从机械识记向意义识记发展。

教情分析

四年级学生已经有了一年多的英语基础，所以在教学上比三年级要容易些，课堂管理比较有序，大部分学生课堂表现都很积极活跃。

教学目标

一、知识目标

1、掌握本课时句子：Can I see that skirt, please? You’re fired.通过阅读趣味故事复习巩固本单元所学语言，增加学生语言的输入。

2、在掌握句子的基础上学生能够理解故事内容。

二、技能目标

1、能运用本节课所学单词及句子“Can I see______, please?并能够在生活中寻找契机使用。

2、通过表演故事复习和巩固本单元所学词汇和句子。

三、情感目标：培养学生学习英语的兴趣。

四、文化意识目标：能以得体的方式与人交流；了解衣服大、中、小号的英文表达以及主要英语国家的货币符号及符号。

五、学习策略目标：培养学生积极合作的精神。

教学重难点

1、重点是能理解故事内容并能朗读故事。

2、难点是能理解并表演故事，还能恰当运用故事中的语言。

教学过程：

Teaching steps:

Step one: warmer

a. Greetings.

b. Sing the song. “How much that doggie in the window?”

c. Review the words about clothes. Step two: presentation a.

show a picture and ask: who is he? b.

Elicit the answer—He is Mr Elephant. He has a clothes shop. c.

The teacher asks again --What’s in his shop?

and elicit the answer. d.

Show a clothes shop and let the kids describe the clothes in the shop. e.

show a screen and say.

T: It’s a big clothes shop. Ok .Zoom is in the shop, too. What does he do? Is he a customer or a shop assistant? f. Elicit the word shop assistant. g. Listen to the tape and repeat the sentences in the picture 1. h. Show the picture again and say—Here is Miss Sheep. What does she like? i. Listen to the tape , repeat and answer the question.(She likes the skirt.) j. Listen again and ask. —How much is the skirt?

k. Elicit the answer. l. Listen to the tape from picture 2 to picture 5.Then explain the sentence—Can I see that skirt, please? m. Show the last picture and say —Here is Mr Elephant. He’s angry. What will he say to Zoom? Then Explain the sentence—You’re fired! Step three: Practice a.
