教学目标

①能够正确理解、运用所学的单词和句型描述自己喜欢的食物；

②能用新的句型描述自己喜欢的食物，达到新旧知识的结合。

（1）教学重点

①学生能听、说、读、认读单词cake、bread、noodles、rice、ice cream、milk.

②学生能在真实的情景中运用句型What do you like? I like... . Yum!

(2) 教学难点

①如何正确引导学生在活动中体验、参与、合作，灵活运用所学知识。

②如何让学生初步了解一些健康饮食习惯和初步了解食物文化。

教学过程

Step1.Warm-up and review Play a game Step2.Lead-in 1.Lead in today is Ann’s birthday. Ken , Xiaofang and Gogo come to her birthday party. Step3.Presentation

1.Watch a flash “Ann’s birthday party.”

2.Watch the flash again. Have children try to remember what Ken , Xiaofang and Gogo like. 3.Have children look at the blackboard. Then, have volunteers answer what Ken likes. 4.Ss listen and repeat the words ice cream and milk. Then, the teacher asks,“What do you like?”.The children answer,“I like... . Yum!”And then trace the words. 5.Have children listen to xiaofang. Then, have volunteers guess what Xiaofang likes. 6.Ss listen and repeat the words noodles and rice. Show some pictures of kinds of noodles in the world. And show pictures of Hainan chicken rice and India curry fried rice.The teacher ask some volunteers“What do you like?”. The children answer,“I like... . Yum!”And then trace the words. 7.Have children listen to Gogo. Then, have volunteers guess what Gogo likes. 8. Ss listen and repeat the words cake and bread. The teacher ask some volunteers“What do you like?”. The children answer,“I like... . Yum!”And then trace the words. 9.Have children ask Ann,“What do you like, Ann?”Ann answers,“I like birthday cake. Yum!”

10. Practice the target language. Then, have some children ask and

answer . Step4.Consolidation The teacher plays the role of Ann and ask the children “What do you like?”. Have the children say “I like... . Yum!”
