一、教学目标

1、能流利地表达服饰类的单词: T-shirt. coat. dress. scarf等以及句型Look at...和用于赞美的句式It’s nice/ great/cute. You look great等。

2、能了解故事的大意，较流利地朗读和表演故事。

3、能提高物品再利用的意识。

二、教学重难点：

1、重点：能较为流利地朗读故事并了解故意的大意。

2、难点：学生能适当丰富、充实语言内容，从而更生动地表演故事。

三、情感目标：

通过本节课的学习，知道自己动手改造物品来帮助自己和他人。

四、教学准备：希沃白板、平板电脑、头饰等。

五、教学过程

Step1. Warm up. 课前热身

1. Sing a song: A big wind blows

Boys and girls, do you like the song? What’s the song about?

复习衣服类词汇。

2. Magic eyes.

I have some beautiful clothes here. Do you know them? Let's have a look. Here are the rules.

出示beautiful clothes，最后停留在a red coat. You all say so well, Look at this coat, what colour is it ? Good, our story is （板书课题A red coat,并让学生齐读一遍。）

Well, look at this red coat. Is it nice? Yes, do you want to know whose coat is it ? Can you guess? 学生问Is it Nancy’ s / Helen’s/ Mike’s/ Ben’s? (ppt上呈现提示句Is it ...’ s?) 请2-3名学生猜测。

Step2. Presentation 1.设置问题，指导学生阅读方法，帮助其了解故事大意。

T: Well, look at the picture.(出示第一幅图) Whose coat is it? How do you know? (指导学生看图，借助图片信息寻找答案)。

S: It's Nancy' s.

And it's Nancy' s birthday present.

T: Look at the picture carefully. Which season is Nancy' s birthday in? Is it in spring?

S: Winter!

T: Yes , it’s in winter. How do you know? What can you see ? S: I can see snow and stove. And the coat can keep her warm.

T: But now, look, the flowers are blooming , the butterfly is flying. Which season is it? (播放录音) Yes, it is spring. Nancy is taller, and the coat is short for her. But listen (播放Nancy 的录音). Oh, Nancy has a good idea. What’s her good idea? Guess!(遮住图片答案，激发学生的好奇心) First she will DIY it into a dress, let’s watch and find out the changes of the clothes. And try to finish task 1. 引导学生回答，at first, the coat is changed into a dress, then the dress is changed into a T-shirt, and then the T-shirt is changed into a scarf, at last ,the scarf is changed into a headwear.

（学生迅速浏览图片，借助手中的平板电脑完成任务一，及时提交给老师，进行反馈。）

2. 自读文本，借助阅读方法，完成学习任务。

Well done. Now let’s read and find the owners of the clothes. You can underline the key phrases and sentences. (ppt提示学生可大声读或默读) 引导学生回答The dress is for ... .

And Helen shows her dress to her friends. 并板书人物和句型This is for you . Look at my new...

You look great./ It’s cute等。

How do you know? Let’s check. (细化到每个场景仿读，通过观察图片，从图片中获取信息，了解季节及人物心理特点和表情，激发学生情感，从而有感情地朗读故事内容，并为后面的表演做好铺垫。)

3.利用便捷资源，模仿跟读，丰富阅读形式。

You did a good job! Now let’s read the whole story with PC. And please pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation. (打开平板上的绘本森林app,自由

跟读、朗读。)

4. 片段化表演，降低学习难度，激发表演热情。

You read very well. We know there are 5 parts in the story. In part 1, Nancy’ s mother gives Nancy a red coat as her birthday present. In part 2, Nancy makes the coat into a dress. In part 3, Helen makes the dress into a T-shirt. In part 4, Mike makes the T-shirt into a scarf. In part 5, Ben makes the scarf into a headwear and gives it to Nancy. Now let’s our acting time.

Scene1. 引导旁白者说It is winter. Nancy is at home. Wow, it is snowy and cold, but I ‘m very happy and warm now, because today is my birthday, my friends come, we are having a party.

当妈妈把衣服送给自己时，Is this coat for me? I like it very much. Thank you ,mum. Look at my new coat, my friends. Scene2. It is spring. It is warm. Look at me, mum, I’m taller.

What a pity, but I have a good idea. 作DIY状。

This is for you.

Scene3. It is summer. It is hot. Scene4. It is autumn. It is cool. Scene5. It is winter again, Nancy’ s birthday comes. （PPT呈现要求和打分等第，每组表演之后及时评价。）

Step3. Ending 1. Let’s think:

Q1: What can you learn from the story?

From the story, we should know that: We can DIY with the old things to help ourselves and the others. And we can make the life beautiful.

Q2: What will the headwear be in the future? 2. Let’s enjoy: works show of DIY. (自己动手，变废为宝，让世界变得更美好!)
