由于学生的素质不可能一致,有的接受能力强,思维敏捷,动作迅速,有的相反。接受能力好的同学,对他们来说,一再重复知识,是对时间的浪费,是课堂无效的表现。而接受能力稍差的同学,需要教师重复几次,才能听懂。所以,根据不同发展水平的学生,一定要设计不同的方案。要树立学生参与精神,不同层次的学生给予课堂和课后不同的任务。
