（2）New sentences: --Who has a long tail? --The monkey has a long tail. --Who has a short tail? --The rabbit has a short tail. Aims of the Abilities: Be able to talk to others with opposites. A: Who has a long tail? B: The monkey has a long tail. A: Who has a short tail? B: The rabbit has a short tail. Aims of the Emotion: Be able to arouse their interest in English. Be able to protect the animals. Teaching Emphasis: Be able to grasp the main sentences and use them in daily life. Teaching Difficulties:

1. How to use the sentences to describe the animals. 2. How to make a free talk with others. Teaching Materails: T: 1. The pictures of different animals.

Ss: The monkey has a long tail.(Teacher shows the main sentence.)

T: (Showing a picture)Who is he? Ss: Sun Wukong. T: We know Sun Wukong has golden cudgel, and this one is very long, but that one is very sh-or-t( showing a word card and play a word game to practise the main word). Ss:short. T: The monkey is Bella’s friend, too. And Bella has another friend（showing an animal picture for students）Who is it? Ss: It is a rabbit. T: We find the rabbit’s tail is short. So, who has a short tail? Ss: The rabbit has a short tail. 2.Teaching Practice: Teacher shows Ss the key words in this lesson and asking little teacher to be a leader. T: Who wants to a little teacher. S1: Teacher, teacher, let me try.(About five or more little teachers.) T: Now, let’s look at the picture, and ask my question. Who has a long tail. S1: The monkey has a long tail. T: Who has a long nose? S2: The elephant has a long nose. S3: The rabbit has a short tail.

T: Who has short legs? S4: The duck has short legs. T: Now, boys and girls, let’s play a gme. Firstly, I’ll choose one student to play the drum, when he/ she is playing the drum, please pass the flower one by one. (Practise the main sentences with a drum.) 3.Teaching Production: (Teacher ask students make a dialogue with her partner, and ask students to act it out.) Work in pairs A: Who has (a) long/ short…? B:The ____ has (a) long/ short_____. 4. Emotional Theme: Teacher plays a short video about protecting the animals. 5. Summarize and Homework: 1. All of you did a very good job.
