Unit1 When are we going to eat?

教学内容分析:

本单元的课文情景是Daming和Simon跟着Simon的妈妈一起去野餐,后来Simon饿了,就问妈妈什么时候吃饭,妈妈回答说12点半,而现在才11点半,还有一个小时的时间。这时他们看到池塘里有一群鸭子,Simon觉得他们很可爱。Daming看到天空中有乌云,担心快要下雨了。Simon的妈妈则认为天气很好,不会下雨。终于到12点半了,大家准备开始野餐,但是突然下起了雨。Simon的妈妈让大家到亭子下躲雨,这时鸭子吃掉了他们的食物,妈妈说这回Simon得饿肚子了。

学情分析:

本单元的任务是谈论自己的周末或者假期计划,主要复习be going to 句型。除了必须四会的单词:later/to go/duck/ pond/cloud/dry/like /look like/stay之外,语言难度相对不大,六年级学生上课气氛不太活跃,羞于回答问题,害怕犯错,特别是学困生。在课堂活动过程中需给英语学习有困难的学生更多的表现机会,帮助他们建立自信心。

教学目标:

知识目标:

1.能听说读写本课的生词:later/to go/duck/ pond/cloud/dry/like /look like/stay

2.理解课文大意并能准确的认读课文。

技能目标:

在复习巩固be going to 句型的基础上掌握文中的重点句型: When are we going to eat? We are going to eat at half past twelve. What are we going to do now? We are going to +动词原形。

情感目标:

培养学生善于观察生活、体会生活中的语言,对生活中常用句子的理解和应用。

教学重、难点:

1. 能听说读写本课的生词:later/go to /duck pond、cloud、dry/like /look like/stay。

2.掌握be going to 句型,尤其是特殊疑问句的应用。

教学用具:多媒体课件、图片、单词卡片

教学过程:

Step 1:Warm –up:

1)Greeting.

2)Play a game.

T: OK, today we are going to learn.M2U1When are we going to eat?.(出示课题),First, let,s play a game. “I say and you do”.

eg: run run run, play basketball ,swim swim swim ,paly football, jump jump jump,…..

(设计意图; 复习动词短语,为下文的描述图片的学习打下基础)

Step 2:Text learning:

1.Lead in .

T:Now,let’s look at the picture, can you guess what is she going to do ?(用幕布半遮图片,共三幅图)

(设计意图:让学生用be going to 句型描述图片)

T :Ok, let’s look at this picture: Who are they?

S: Daming, Simon and Simon’s mum.(边说边把人物图片贴到黑板上)

(设计意图:在学习课文前,让学生仔细观察图片,了解课文中的人物)

2.Text learning:

T:Now, let,s watch the cartoon, and answer:

1)Ask and answer:

(1)What are they going to do ?

(2)When are they going to eat?

2)Watch again and then choose.

(1)What time is it now?

A:At half past twelve B:At half past eleven

(2)Where are they now?

A:In the park B:In the zoo

(3)What’s the weather going to be like?

A:It,s going to be sunny.

B:It’s going to rain soon.

3) Teach the words: duck-ducks, dark clouds, on the pond, to go, stay, look like

4)Follow to read.

5)Read together

Part one:

Where are they?

What are you going to do ?(学生回答完后书写短语have a picnic) Part two:

What time is it now?(贴十一点半图片)

When are they going to eat?(贴十二点半图片)

然后板书:one hour to go

(1)Where are the ducks?

(2)What is it in the sky?

(3)What’s the weather going to be like ?

Part three:

(1)What are they doing?

(2)Look at the ducks, what are they doing?(贴图片))

6)Read in role.

看着板书复述课文

Step4:Practice:

1.连词成句:

are/ we/when/to/going /eat?

soon/ to/ rain /it, s/going

Simon/you, re/looks like/it/going/stay/to/hungry

(设计意图:巩固课文重点句型)

2.看图回答问题:

1)When is he going to play football?

He is going to play basketball at…

(设计意图:共四道题,为了让学生进一步掌握be going to 句型,尤其是特殊疑问句When is /are he/she/they going to +动词原形?的应用)

3.Make a plan for Labor Day:

提示:

Who?

When?

Where?

What are you going to do ?

What are you going to take?

(设计意图:让学生能够用be going to 句型表达将要做的事情,并做计划。让其他学生倾听并以第三人称What is she/he going to do 进行问答加强听说训练。)

Homework: Make a poster

制作一张海报,贴上你想去的地方和景点,以及要带的东西和要做的事。
