教材内容分析：

1.This lesson is in the important position of the teaching material. According to new course standard and test syllabus, the structure make＋

object＋

adj./v is the examination point. Meanwhile, learning to talk about the influences of different things on feelings is also the function items which must be mastered by junior high school student. 2.This section is based on Section A and Section B. This shows the arrangement of teaching material is from easiness to difficulty. This arrangement matches with the cognitive rules and the cognitive levels of the Ss.

Step 1 Review Show three picture to let Ss make sentences with the structure “make + object + v. / adj.”

Step 2 Lead in

As we all know,many things can affect our feelings,please have a think what else can affect our feelings.After a while,show the first picture to lead into the new lesson. Step 3 Presentation

Task 1 Present a picture with a passage.Let Ss find out the thing that affects people’s moods in the girl’s opinion and underline the new words and phrases.And the teacher pxplains them. Task 2Teacher shows a picture and lets Ss listen to the passage2.Answer the question:What can affect people’s moods in Mr.Lee’s opinion ?Show the passage to check the answer and explain the new word “asleep”.At the same time,review “hope to do sth and too...to...”

Task 3 Study the third passage in the same ways above and learn the new word “thought”.Q:What can affect people’s moods in the boy’s opinion ? Task 4

Present a passage with a picture.Ask Ss to scan the passage 4 and find out the thing that affects people’s moods in the woman’s opinion .Read it again and finish the table according the passage.And after that check the answer,explain“confident” . Task 5 Read the last passage and answer three questions“What can affect people’s moods in Jane’s opinion ?”,“How does she feel when she talks about the Wenchun earthquake with her friends

In teaching methods ,I mainly adopt “Task-based” Teaching Method to make students understand the text better. 2.

In learing methods,I take the form of group discussion,cooperation and inquiry to make Ss the masters of the class. 十、教学反思：

As we all know,the mainly instructional aims of learning English in the middle school is to cultivate students’abilities of listening,speaking,reading, writingand good sense of the English language according to the new course standard.This section is reading class and I adopt “Task-based” Teaching Method as the main way,meanwhile I also adoptTranslation Teaching Method and Cognitive Approach.I often encourage Ss to answer the questions actively and to take part in class activities.Diffrernt teaching methods and various activities,such as having a memory test,competition in groups ,make the class atmophere active.Teaching objectives can not only come ture,the Ss but also have a good time.this shows we study in pleasure.on the other hand,Ss not only have got reading skills,but also got other abilities,liks listening,oral expression ability,observation ability,ability of thought and so on.The weak point is that I can’t pay attention to the Ss in different levels well.
