Ⅴ. Teaching steps: Step1: Lead in :

1. Greetings.

2. Play the video “If you are happy,…”, let ss. act it out as singing after it. 3. 呈现学习目标，并让学生一起读出来。

Step2: Pre-task 1. Listen and follow(3a), 特别强调careless. 2. careless的原因是too happy, 并引出可能引发意外事故。

Step3: While-task

1.Follow me--Scene Dialoge对话现场

a. 引入helmet, 安全的重要性。

b. Listen to 1a twice, and complete the following sentences(1b). c. Read 1a loudly and find out the sentences with IF. Note:

light-colored clothes 浅色服装

break the traffic rules 违反交通法规

get a fine 被罚款

be in danger处于危险状态

d. Read again and answer the questions.

①. Where did

the accident happen?

②. What was the reason?

③. What will Kangkang and Michael do next?

通过回答第三个问题引出：

Look at the pictures. Describe(描述) the results of breaking the traffic rules with if. (2a). Practice IF… WILL….

s a f e t y 纸质字母上，并贴在黑板上，组成一个单词—safety. 结论是The good life begins with safety. Everything beautiful comes from safety.
