语言知识目标:
(1)全体学生学会单词invent,important, paper,printing, print, between, right,并会运用invent ,paper,between。
(2)全体学生学会运用Chinese people invented paper/printing. I printed our class newspaper yesterday. 2、
语言技能目标:能够听懂、会说并认读本模块的句型,能运用所学语言介绍中国古代的发明。

情感态度目标:激发学生的自信心与民族自豪感。
教学重点、难点
重点:掌握单词invent,important, paper,printing, print, between, right. 功能语句 Chinese people invented paper/printing. I printed our class newspaper yesterday. 难点:学会运用一般过去时介绍中国过去的发明,并初步学会讲述过去的事情。

【学生分析】
本课的主要内容是谈论过去的发明,由于学生已经接触过一般过去时,并初步学会了用一般过去时谈论过去的事与行为,所以本课是对以前语法项目的巩固与扩展。加
上四年级的学生,对我国及人类的过去发明已经有了初步的背景了解,这节课上教师引导学生将两者结合即可。

PPT,card , tape. 四、【教学过程】
Ⅰ Warm-up and lead in 1.
Greetings . 2.
Free talk : Are you happy today ? And our friend Cat is happy,too.Why is he happy ? 3.
Listen and answer :Why is he happy? (Teach:invent---invented) 4.
Listen and repeat. 5.
PPTshow the pictures and ask : Guess, who invented them? Ⅱ Task presentation 1.
Ts:Today let`s learn Module 4 Unit 1 ,we are going to learn to introduce the inventions .After the class you will find the right answer. Ⅲ Text learning 1.
Listen and answer : Are Chinese people clever ? 2.
Ts: Yes.Chinese people invented many important things. (Teach: important) 3.
Listen and choose: What did Chinese people invent ? 4.
Report . (Teach: paper , printing, print ,printed) 5.
Listen , repeat and circle the word “invented”. 6.
