20110511289 This is the first period of Module 1.The important points are learning the new words Analysis of the teaching and expressions of P1 and trying to understand how to ask someone’s age. Hopefully contents the children can learn from the chants games and TPR. The students at this stage can not distinct the deference between connection and characteristics, like they always confuse A with B and copy the wrong words and so Analysis of the students on. So I think we should help them to learn these words and phrases by repetition training. Be able to understand the new words and new expressions. Be able to know the drills of asking age. The teaching aims How old? …/…years old.

In order to avoid the one-sidedness of comprehension, I gave students more time to read and practice. The total goal was to develop students’ ability to write an article about the birthday. To Teaching reflection
serve this goal, I designed some questions for them to answer in advance and got students to talk and make a conclusion. In this part, I used a game to help, say, a guessing game, asking students to write down something about the birthday.
