教学反思：

我选择的教材是译林版小学英语三年级下册Unit 2 In the library这节课是新授课，告诉孩子们一个道理“在公共场合要注意自己的形象，让他们明白：行为美、心灵美才是真正的美。”

在课堂上，我会把孩子们分成4个小组，让他们在合作中竞争，在竞争中学会配合。在刚开始的时候在问候语的时候，有些孩子害怕跟我交流，我会主动的跟他们打招呼，消除他们的紧张感，毕竟不是自己的学生。但我会尽量的消除他们的紧张感通过一个简单的眼神，一个抚摸的动作。

本节课采用的教学方式

一、

情景式教学

通过图书馆图片展示，激发学生兴趣，贴近生活，学生有话说。

二、

任务型教学

每一节都有一个任务，让学生们通过解决一个个的小任务，完成对课文的学习。他们能做什么不能做什么，语言在任务的驱动下得到真实、自然地应用。

老师们对我的这节课也是可圈可点的。阐述一下他们说的优点和缺点。让我在以后的教学生涯中不断地锻炼自己，给孩子们创造轻松的学习范围，让孩子们在轻松愉快的教学环境中，慢慢成长，把英语应用在日常生活中。

优点比如，一节新课的导入会直接影响新课的新授，良好的开始是成功的一半。我用龟兔赛跑的故事，让孩子们学习这节课的新单词

sleep , run , shout,让他们在耳熟能详的故事中初步了解新单词。在单词教学中，有些同学的发音不是很准。比drink 有的同学会读错，我会在黑板上标记出来，并讲授音标？/dr/的发音，让他们多说，大声的说出这个单词。他们刚开始发音错误，我会耐心的多教几遍，并给他们说话的机会，给他们信心；我会用米老鼠的语气，让孩子们做一些动作，让孩子们感觉学习英语是有趣的而不是枯燥无味的。米老鼠贯穿整篇课文，有一个前后呼应的效果；在课的开始我会运用知识的迁移，让孩子们对已有的知识进行输出，正符合我们徐州市提出来的“学讲计划”让学生们学进去，讲出来。

不足的是，在单词拼写中我设计的不是很好，我原本想让学生猜出来单词之后，组成这个单词的字母站起来，并大声地说出单词，我表述的不太清晰，所以在单词拼写中让学生们有点不知所措。

今天的这节课让我收获很多，最重要的是让我学会了如何调节好一节课。以后我会勤思考，努力分析教材，研究学生。
