Lesson 10 The giraffe is taller than the deer. 一、教学内容。（The teaching contents）

比较级（Comparative degree.）

1、形容词、副词比较级的变法。

2、

比较级的主要句型. 二、教学目的（Teaching

demands.）

1、使学生能够正确掌握形容词、副词比较级的变法。

2、能够灵活运用比较急句型。

三、教学用具（Teaching aids）. 多媒体幻灯（Lantern slide.）

四、教学过程（The process of teaching.）

（一）游戏导入

Let’s play a game.“Hide and seek”. Review the sentences of choice. Choose some students hide. Let the students ask:“Is he a boy or a girl ?”“Is he tall or short?”“Is he fat or thin ?”ect. Then give out comparative degree. （二）复习形容词、副词比较级的六种变法。

1、四组比赛

Let the students conclude how to plus“er”. There are six ways. Then have a match. Give them four groups of words. Let the students say it out one by one. 2、幻灯演示课文内容

The lantern slide. First some animals pictures. Let them say the sentences by“heavier, taller, cleverer, bigger，longer.”

Then some pictures of the actors, let

them say the sentences by“fatter, cooler, taller, faster.”

（三）进一步练习比较级的句型

Two pictures about environmental protect. First say which picture is nicer. Then let the students talk about the environmental protect. 五、家庭作业（

Homework.）

针对环保现象自制一张英语手抄报。

七、教后感悟：

这是节复习课。本节课教师教学目的明确，教学手段多样，教学方法灵活。多媒体教学手段的运用，有效地加大了练习量，增加了课堂密度，加快了课堂节奏。在竞争与讨论的过程中，充分调动了学生的积极性，使学生的主体性充分发挥，较好地完成了教学任务。反思这节课，如果能在导课这一环节再多一些巧妙的设计，会有更好的效果。
