本课是川教版三起五年级上册，Lesson 3 Where is the Eiffel Tower?本课通过学习Rose,Lele 和Tingting的对话内容，理解课文，并初步运用Is it... ?Where is....?句型，要求学生能理解、听说并认读单词the Eiffel Tower,the Great Wall , France,China. 学生能在语境中理解和初步使用句型Is it... ?Where is....?来询问是不是某个著名景点，在哪个国家，并对别人的询问给予正确的回答。

教学目标

1.能听懂、理解对话内容，并分角色朗读对话。 2.在课文语境下初步运用句型Is it... ? Yes, it is.Where is....? It’s in...进行口语交流。

3.能听懂、会说、认读国家名称及其标志性建筑物单词the Eiffel Tower,the Great Wall,France, China. 教学重点和难点

教学过程

Step 1:Greeting .

Good morning ,boys and girls.Nice to meet you Step2 Revision (复习导入) (1)T:Please look at these pictures and try to say . Which country is it ? S1:China S2:America (2) Play a game 让学生拿出事先准备好的国旗图片，老师发出指令后学生马上举起自己手中的国旗图片。如：T:Japan ---则手中有这个国旗的人举起图片。老师快速换说其它国家的名称。（设计意图）-----通过做游戏复习了国旗名称，以备下一步的句型结构做铺垫，也能再次激发学生的学习兴趣。达到进一步的热身。

Step 3 Presentation 1.New words：the Great Wall， the Eiffel Tower …

书写单词时老师在黑板上画出四线三格，进一步强化书写格式。 同时出示PPT辅助教学

T：Which country do you like ? S1:I like China . T: Why ? S1: Because I like the Great Wall! T: Today ,we are going to some beautiful and famous places. look! this is the Great Wall,and it’s in China ..now please

follow me …. S: the Great Wall …

然后老师逐一教授剩余新单词。在教授景点过程中，老师尽量用多一些的描述语言去形容此景点。

2.巩固练习

Play a game (猜猜看) 3. Structure practice 单词教授完毕，老师利用PPT里准备好的景点图片教授句型

T：Now ,boys and girls.tell me what’s this ? S:It’s the Great Wall. T:Where is it ? S:It’s in China. -Step 4:Presentation 1.导入对话

T: My friends Rose,Tingting and Lele they are also talking about a famous place . Listen to the dialogue and answer: 1. How many children are there in the dialogue? 2.Which famous place are they talking about? 2. 创设情境练习对话。

T: Show some pictures and say: Look, I have so many beautiful pictures.(抽一张并提问：What’s this in English?) (T 出示Eiffel Tower并教读)

.用图片练习对话提问： Where is the Eiffel Tower?(2人小组读对话找到答案) It’s in France. 3.Listen and read the whole dialogue. 4.Question time.(学生自读课文，有问题举手) 5.Role-play: read the dialogue in roles. (1)（T&Girls&Boys）
