教案

课时目标．

1．复习三会单词或词组：Mrs, early, helmet, must, wear9 attention, pay attention to, traffic, traffic lights, sled, fast, ferry和四会单词或词组：on foot, by, bus, plane, taxi, ship, subway, train, slow, down, slow down, stop。复习四会句子：How do you come to…?I usually (sometimes, often)…,;Slow down and stop at a yellow light. Stop and wait at a red light. Go at a green light. Don't go at thered light!I must pay attention to the traffic lights! 2．能借助图片读懂Story time中的故事。

·教学重难点．

1．重点：复习本单元的单词和句子。

2．难点：能借助图片读懂Story time中的故事。

课前准备

1．单词卡片。

2．Story time的VCD或视频。

3．录音机和磁带。

教学过程

一、热身( Warm up) Sing a song: How do you get there? 二、复习( Revision) 1．复习三会单词

(l)先抽读单词卡片：Mrs，early，helmet，must，wear，attention，pay attention to，traffic，traffic lights，sled，fast，ferry，然后让学生看图说单词。

(2)活动：“炸弹”

活动方式：教师任意指定一个单词，如sled作“炸弹”，在抽读单词卡片的过程中碰到“sled”这个单词时只能读“Bomb!”，如果读“sled”则被判出局。

2．复习四会单词：on foot，by，bus，plane，taxi，ship，subway，train，slow，down, slow down, stop (1)教师出示图片，学生抢答说单词，抢答到的学生还要拼读出单词。

(2)全班齐拼单词。

3．活动：On the way to school 活动方式：学生两人一组，就上学途中的交通方式和交通安全编排一段对话，并将其表演出来，最后请上一些组到台前表演。如：

A:Good morning,B.You're early. B:Good morning, A. Do you often go to school on foot? A:Sometimes I go to school by bus. Please wait! It,s red now. We must stopand wait. B:I'm sorry. Thanks for reminding. A:Look. It's green now. Let's go. B: We must look left before crossing the road. 三、新课呈现（Presentation）

1．教学B．Let's check (l)先让学生观察四幅图画的内容。

(2)教师播放录音，学生听音标号。

(3)全班讲评订正。

2．教学B．Let's wrap it up

(l)让学生说说come和go的区别。

(2)引导学生读句子，勾出正确的选项。

(3)教师小结：come to…说明说话时你已在此处，go to…则说明你要去某处，而说话时你并不在那里。

3．教学C．Story time (1)教师指着插图，先做背景介绍：

T:ln every country, the traffic lights are the same, but the traffic rules aredifferent. In China, drivers drive on the right side of the road. In England, driversdrive on the left side of the road. Annie comes to China for the first time. Whathappened? Let's see. (2)阅读故事，了解故事大意。

(3)播放视频，理解故事内容。

教师播放故事的视频，让学生通过视频理解故事内容，最后让学生模仿故事中人物的语音、语调学说以下句子：

Chinese food is so different from British food. Let's take a bus home．

In the UK you drive on the left side. In China, people drive on the right side. We must look right before crossing the road. Wow, it's a double-decker! Haha, you're looking at the wrong side again! (4)让学生模仿角色的语音、语调学说故事。

(5)鼓励学生分角色表演。

五、家庭作业（Homework）

1．听录音，进一步理解故事内容。

2．完成活动手册配套练习。

3．查阅资料，了解还有哪些国家与英国一样是靠左行驶的。

教后反思

为了让学生融会贯通地使用本单元所学的句子，我让学生在课堂上就上学途中的交通方式和交通安全编排一段对话“On the way to school”，让学生将本单元所学的有关交通方式和交通安全的句子整合出一段对话。从而让学生身临其境地感受和体验英语，融所学的语言知识于生活化的情境中，使枯燥的语言学习变得具体化、形象化，并使学生从开始学习英语起就懂得语言是为交流服务的，让他们在实践中将英语与情境建立直接的联系，逐步减少利用母语的心理过程，以提高学生理解语言和运用语言进行交际的能力。
