一、教学目标：

1、知识目标：通过阅读趣味故事复习巩固本单元所学语言

Is that the...?Yes,it is./No,it’s not. This is... 2、能力目标：

（1）100%的学生能在语言、图片的帮助下理解故事内容，并能朗读故事。

（2）95%的学生能表演故事，并能恰当运用故事中的语言。

3、情感目标：感受学校的漂亮与温馨，培养学生热爱学校的情感。

二、教学重难点：

1、重点：

学生能在语言、图片的帮助下读懂故事，并运用正确的语音语调朗读故事。

2、难点：

学生能表演故事并在实际情境中运用所学语言。

三、教学准备: 相关音视频、PPT、词卡、Monkey、Hippo、Rabbit、Zip、Zoom的头饰。

四、教学过程：

Step1 Preparation Hello,boys and girls!Today we will have a funny class,and there are three groups. If you do well, you can get one point.Come on! 1、教师播放歌曲《Our school》

（1）学生和老师一起拍手跟唱歌曲。

（2）Answer the question:What is the song about? （设计意图：通过欣赏歌曲活跃课堂气氛导入话题。）

2、Review The song is about school,there are many rooms in the school .What are they? Sharp eyes! （1）快看快说游戏复习单词句子。

（设计意图用Sharp eyes!头脑风暴复习学过的学校课室，为学习新知识做好铺垫。）

（2）Talk about the school like this: Is that the ...? Yes,it is./No,it isn’t. （设计意图：通过让学生谈论主情境图中的学校课室复习旧知并为学习新知做好铺垫。）

Step2 Presentation 1、通过看文本图、读对话让学生感知文本。

Read the story, then talk about its intention. 教师总结：They are hippo(河马), rabbit,monkey, Zip and Zoom. They are Visiting the hippo’s school. （设计意图：通过看读问答，让学生从整体上感知文本，对文本内容有整体印象。）

2、Watch picture2,3,4,5 and circle:Where do they visit in Hippo’s school? （设计意图：让学生读图2-5的内容圈出所参观的课室。培养学生读故事抓要素的能力。）

3、Watch and answer:看第四幅图视频并回答Is that the lunch room? Yes or no?让学生通过看视频，听出Is that the lunch room?教师用PPT出示lunch room的图片,运用u的短音发音规则让学生试着拼读lunch，教师带读几遍，运用图片帮助学生理解意思。接着老师做饿了的表情：I’m hungry!I want to eat lunch in lunch room.引出单词hungry.老师教读，指出u的发音。有一名学生当小老师教读句型Is that the lunch room? 4、Read picture 5 and find:（学生读第五幅图内容并找出）Is this the computer room? 学生读第五幅图内容回答no。

教师问：How does the Hippo answer?河马是怎样回答的？

No,it’s not.What’s meaning?学生说出意思。教师引导学生说出It means: No, it isn’t.渗透o的短音发音。学生开火车读。

（设计意图：使学生根据读图、看视频No,it’s not.=No,it isn’t.）

5、Watch picture 6 and find:What does the hippo say? （设计意图：通过看第六幅图视频回答参观完教师办公室后河马说了什么。）

It’s time for lunch!PPT出示It’s time for lunch!再出示钟表上12点时刻引导学生思考句型的意思。It’s time for lunch!通过语音迁移字母“i-e”发音，学生试读出“time”，It’s time for lunch.教师板书、领读、指名读。 （设计意图：引导学生根据课件上的图片猜测It’s time for lunch.的意思，运用元音字母发音规律试拼time）

Let’s chant Time for lunch, Time for lunch! It’s time for lunch. It’s time for lunch. （设计意图：）通过chant突破难点It’s time for lunch. 6、（1）Watch the whole story and think it over:Where is Zoom? （设计意图：整体回读故事并想一想Zoom在哪儿？）

Watch and find :Where is Zoom?（通过再看图6视频确定答案）

Step3 Practice 1、Watch,listen and imitate( 看视频模仿读课文,注意语音语调和情感。) Pay more attention to your pronunciation and feelings. (设计意图: 培养学生用正确的语音语调朗读故事的能力。) Step4 Production 2、Act the dialogue in roles （1）小组内练习对话。

（2）小组派代表带动物头饰汇报表演。

4.Emotion education: 师生一起看PPT 进行情感教育， Hippo' s school is beautiful! And our school is beautiful ，too! School is beautiful, School is where we learn all day ! Love school ! Love life! （设计意图: 通过诗歌形式呼应歌曲our school, 使学生进一步感受学校的漂亮与温馨，从而激发学生对学校的热爱。）
