Process and methods: Fishing the teaching task using five—step: teaching method、visual teaching method、situation teaching method and interest teaching method. Emotion aims: Training the students to cooperate with others. Important points: Understand and master the dialogues. Using the sentence pattern of“Is this your…? Yes, he/she is. No, he/she isn’t.”
Teaching tools: ppt. Teaching process: Step 1.Warming up

Greeting with each other. 2.

The teacher organize the students to speak tongue twisters: “The snake is eating a cake and grapes near the lake.”

Read the words and sentences. 【设计意图:运用读单词和句型的形式,帮助学生对上一单元学过的短语进行复习,非常适合小学生的好奇心与求知欲。此处设计,为后面新课的展开做好铺垫。】
Step 3.Task introduction and presentation A.The teacher shows a turtle’s family photo
and introduced them to the students: T: Look ,this is Funny’s family photo.Turtle:“This is my brother. This is my sister. I have a big family。”
B.Show the words to the students: (1).brother[ˈbrʌðə]兄弟、哥哥。注意“o”的发音,读“ʌ”。
(2).sister[ˈsistə]姐、妹:注意“i”的发音。

Tom’s family has uncle ,aunt,brother and sister besides parents. Look, this’s Tom’s family photo.Tom:“This is
my uncle. This is my aunt. This is my cousin.”
D. Show the words to the students: (3).uncle[ˈʌŋkəl]叔父,伯父,伯伯,舅父。注意“u”和字母组合“cle”的发音。
(4).aunt[ɑːnt]
姑母,姨母,伯母,舅母。注意“au”的发音,大多发[ɔ:]音,如audio.音响,音频的,但也有少数单词发[ɑ:](美音发梅花音),如aunt。
(5).cousin[ˈkʌzn]
堂[表]兄弟姊妹。注意字母组合“ou”和“s”的发音。在这个单词里发/ʌ/,发z。
C. Present the sentences
a. Show the Liu Xing’s family photo ,
the teacher led the students to ask the person in the photo or the words on the blackboard:
(1)Is this my uncle?
(2)Is this my aunt? (3)Is this my brother? ……
b.
Lead the students to imitate the teacher's questions: Is this your…? 1.Note the distinction between the use of“My” and “your”.My是主格所有格,意为“我的”。Your是形容词性物主代词,意为“你的”,用在句子中一定要接名词。
D.Help the students use the sentences“Is this your…?”The teacher answer“Yes,she/he./No,she/he isn’t.”
(1)Is this your uncle? Yes,he is. No,he isn’t. (2)Is this your aunt? Yes,she is.No,he isn’t. ……
Step 4.Practice A.
Driving a train. Teacher asks:“Is this your…?”Students answer one by one, they can use“Yes, she/he is.No,she/he isn’t。”
B.
Having a rest and listen to a song.
Step5.Consolidation and extension A.Read the text. 1.
Listen and repeat. 2.
Read the text in groups. 3.
The students act the dialogues. 【设计意图:通过小组合作,学生熟练掌握课文内容并能进行表演,培养了学生的合作意识。】
