Aims on the knowledge: Can listen, say, read and use “food, hamburger, bread, sandwich, hot dog.” Can use the sentence patterns “Pass me a/an/some… please.” in real situations. Aims on the abilities:

Can act out the dialogue in Part 1 and can make their own dialogues about a picnic by working in groups.

Aims on the emotion: To encourage Ss to be polite when they are asking for help in the daily life. To be interested in English study.

StepⅠ Warming up 1. Greetings. 2. Say a chant. 【设计意图：让学生动起来，迅速进入学习英语的状态。】

StepⅡ Presentation and Practice T: Before the class, let’s see a video.

1. have a picnic/ food T: (To show a picture.)What can you see in the picture? Ss: A girl, a boy…

T: And my friend Gogo. What are they doing? (lead Ss to say “They are having a picnic.”) To teach “have a picnic”. 【设计意图：通过Gogo野餐的视频直观感受picnic的含义，有助于教师的讲解。同时动画片最能吸引学生的好奇心和注意力。】

拓展：I want to have a picnic with______(my brother…)

T: I want to have a picnic with my friend Gogo. Do you want to join us? Ss: Yes, I do. T: Well, what kind of food can we take? To teach “food”. (read one by one)
