I. Warming up 1. Greetings T: Good morning, boys and girls. Ss:

Good morning, teacher. T: How are you? Ss: Fine, thank you! 2. Sing a song. Presentation and drill 1.

The teacher shows a picture and says: “Look, I have some vegetables.” Then, the teacher introduces: “This is

tomato.” Lead the Ss to learn “tomato”. 2.

Then show the pictures and teach “potato, corn, bean, cabbage”. 3.

Take out the picture of “tomatoes”

and ask “Are they tomatoes”. Lead the Ss to answer “Yes, they are.”

4. Take out the picture of “potatoes”

and ask “Are they tomatoes”. Lead the Ss to answer “No, they aren’t.”

6. Read the dialogue after the teacher. 7. The teacher asks the students to read and act the dialogues by different characters. Practice and Consolidation.
