教具准备: Tape，pictures

教学过程: Step 1: warm-up

1. Sing a song together: If you’re happy , clap your hands.

2. Roly play: Act a new dialogue out in groups.

Step 2: Presentation

1. Let’s play a guessing game

Review “angry, afraid, bad, happy ,ill.”

T: act(worried)

Ss: How do you feel?

T: I am worried.

Present “worried”

(1) Make the students understand the meaning.

(2) Write the words on the board and spell the words.

(3) She/He is worried. They are worried.

Present “sad”

(2)Write the word on the board.

2. Let’s learn

(1)Ask the student: Who are they? How do they feel?

b. The cat is ______. Sarah is _______.

c. Sarah and the cat are_________.

(3)Let’s learn

T: Why is the cat afraid?

S: Because Sarah is angry.

T: Why is Sarah sad?

S: Because the cat is ill.
