More reading and writing 阅读课

教学目标：1. 理解阅读文段中的新单词：

midnight , shout , always ,

changes , another , throw 。

2. 培养学生初步的阅读能力，了解各国的新年时间和风俗习惯。

教学重点：培养学生对语言和课文内容感知的能力，培养其对阅读的兴趣。

教学难点：理解并运用课文中有关的语言来描述自己家乡新年的风俗习惯。

教具准备：PPT, word cards . 教学过程：

Step1

Warming- up

1. Greeting .

2. Review : January to December ;seasons Step2

Pre-reading 教师设疑,引导学生回答：When’s your birthday ?/Which festival is in January ? Step3

While-reading

(一) First reading 1. 播放一段新年倒数视频，引导学生回答：What can you see in the video ? People have parties . / People like going out . / They shout before 12:00 midnight . / “5,4,3,2,1,Happy New Year .”

(二) Second reading

1. 播放一首新年歌曲，引导学生回答：How do you feel ? / Which festival ? 2. 引导说出学生中国春节的一些习俗

(三) Third reading

1.观看图片，引导学生回答：What are they doing ?

/ Are they at home ? /

Are they angry ?

Step4

Post-reading 1.

Listen and look ,then

match the texts (1-3)with the pictures (A-C). 2.

Read the texts after the tape, answer the questions of p37 ②. 3.

小组完成南方新课堂P14，第五题。
