能运用所学单词、短语及句型描述不同季节的气候特征，以及在不同季节里人们经常从事的活动。

通过培养学生综合语言运用的能力，让学生感知不同的季节所带来的不同体验，从而由对季节的喜爱升华到对生活的热爱。

五、学情分析

本课的教学内容是四年级下册第五单元的第一课时“Story time”板块，以“季节”为主题，要求能描述不同季节的气候特征，以及在不同季节里人们经常从事的活动。教师可以要求学生在课前搜集一些不同季节的活动以及不同季节所具有的显著特征等，为课堂教学做准备。本课时的词汇除了四个季节以外和四个季节对应的气候特征，还包括了四个季节里不同的活动的短语。因此，本课的教学信息量大、难度大，不容易较快掌握，需要教师运用多种策略，设计不同活动，增大复现率，引导学生将新知识与自己的生活实际联系起来，帮助他们尽快消化吸收，内化成自己的语言。

4-5名左右学生进行回答，当有学生回答：summer时，I’ll show you a poem about summer. Can you read it? Have a try. 由于夏季的小诗里无生词，可以尝试让学生自己尝试读。

并回答问题：

1. What do they do in summer? 2. How is the weather in summer? 在回答第二个问题时，由PPT呈现warm, hot, cool, cold四张图片让学生选择，同时教授这四个季候特征的单词，并板书。

同时引出句型的学习：

通过观看动画，完成作业纸上的内容。

Step 3 :Consolidation 1.

Listen and imimate PPT呈现作业纸上的内容，即四个季节的小诗，逐句跟读。

Happy reading a.

T: I like spring. Who likes spring? Come here.(2-3人)Let’s show the poem together,OK? 有教师和学生一起示范小诗。

b.

Work in pairs 小组合作，说出自己最喜欢的季节。

c.

Reading show 展示环节，小组展示自己所喜欢的季节。

Step 4:Production a.

根据最后一组学生介绍的季节，引出该句话，围绕文本里的活动，鼓励学生根据生活实际进行多说。

b.

Compose a new poem 小组合作，写出新诗。

c.

诗歌朗诵会

根据所写的诗进行朗诵，并将作品贴在黑板上展示。
