Useful expressions 一、教学目标：

1. 能听懂、会说Useful expressions的句型, 并能在真实的情境中进行运用。

2. 能通过游戏、活动所创设的情境，大胆而正确地使用Useful expressions这部分句型进行对话交流。

3. 通过小组活动和游戏，提高学生合作交流的意识，培养他们学习英语的兴趣和良好的学习习惯。

二、教学重难点

重点：能听懂、会说Useful expressions的句型

难点：能在真实的日常情境中运用Useful expressions部分的句型。

四、教学设计

Step 1. Warming up 1.

师生一起边拍手边说“Unit1 and Unit 2, Unit 3 and Unit 4, Unit 5 and Unit 6, English class, let’s begin!”

Greetings. Step 2. Presentation& Practice&Consolidation Unit 1 1.

T: There is an English book in my hand. Boys and girls, when you see this book, what topic can you think of?

Ss: Unit 1 My classroom, Unit 2 My schoolbag and Unit 3 .... T: OK. Let’s talk about the first topic “classroom”

T: Look at the picture.(出示一个班级教室的图片) It’s our classroom, but a little old. So do you want to have a new classroom?

Ss: Yes!

T：Let’s go and see.(出示新教室的图片）

T：It’s a new classroom, but it’s dirty, right? Let’s clean the classroom.

S1：Let me clean the ....

S2: Let me clean the .... T: Can you describe the new classroom? Ss: Yes. The classroom .... 4.

T: There are some pictures in the classroom. Where is the picture?

S1: It’s on the wall.

T: Where is the schoolbag?

S2: It’s on the desk. Unit 2 1.

T: Is the schoolbag nice? It’s my son’s. It’s small, but there are many things in it. Can you guess “ What ‘s in my schoolbag?”

(陆续拿出书包里的糖果、玩具汽车、笔记本和钥匙。）

T：What’s this?

S1: It’s a candy.

T:

What colour is it?

S1: It’s blue. (依次介绍其他几件东西。）

T: Boys and girls, show me your schoolbag! What’s in your schoolbag? Please show your things in your schoolbag to us.

Unit 3 1.

T: Boys and girls, I have a friend in our school. Who is she? You can guess. She’s not tall, but thin. She has big eyes and short hair. She has no glasses. Her shoes are black and white. What’s her name?

Ss: ...

T: Yes, she’s Miss Liu, your Chinese teacher. (出示刘老师的照片）Now 4 students a group, describe a student in our class. Then the other students guess his/her name. Are you clear?

Ss: Yes.

The teacher asks some students to describe their friends, the other students guess.

Unit 4 1.

T: Boys and girls, let’s go to Miss Liu’s home, OK?

Ss: OK!

教师出示刘老师各个房间的图片。

T：Where is Miss Liu?

S1: Is she in the ...?

T: Yes, she is./ No, she isn’t. (出示刘老师的视频，请同学们帮忙找钥匙。）

T：Where are the keys?

在黑板上贴上沙发和桌子的图片，把钥匙贴到沙发和桌子的任意一个位置，请一位同学背对着黑板猜钥匙在哪。

S1：Are they on/in/under/near the ...?

Ss: Yes, they are. / NO, they aren’t. Unit 5 1.

出示一张六点钟的钟面

T：It’s six o’clock. It’s time for dinner. What would you like for dinner? 让学生选出自己想吃的食物图片，张贴到黑板上画出的桌子上，边贴边说句型。

Ss: I’d like.... T: Would you like a knife and fork/ chopsticks? Ss: Yes, please./ No, thanks. I can use.... 2.

The teacher lets students make a dialogue like this with partner. Then asks some students to perform it. Unit 6 1.

出示一张学生的全家福照片

T: This is ×××’s family photo. Do you have any questions to ask her/him? For example, how many people? Who? Job? 2.

S1: How many people are there in your family?

S2: ....

S1: Is this your father? What’s your father’s job?

S2: Yes/ No. He is a .... 3.

The teacher lets students discuss in groups, introduce their family. Then asks one or two students give the whole class an introduction about his/ her family. Step 3. Homework 1.

Review the sentences of Useful expressions.

Introduce your family to your friends and introduce your friends to your family.
