Teaching Aims:
1.Language goals
a. To master the key words & phrases : lost, so much, English book, Chinese book, maths book, notebook.
b. To learn how to find the things lost: Lost & Found
Target language: ——What colour is it?
——It’s blue and white.
——Here it is.
——Thank you so much.
2.Ability goals
Develop students’ abilities of reading, listening and speaking.
3.Moral goals
Learn to keep your schoolbag and other things.
Teaching important points
1.To master the key words & phrases.
2.To master the target language.

Students are able to know how to find what they lost easily.

Step3 Let’s play
1) Teacher take out the books one by one and ask “I have a new book.
What colour is it?”

The teacher lead the students to pass the book with the music of playing the drums. When stops, the students who get the book should hide it in the desk and stand up to say “I have a new book”, the other students ask “What colour is it?” Then guess the name of the book according to the colours.)
Step4 Lead-in
1.What’s missing?
T: My bag is heavy too.What’s in my schoolbag?
S: An English book, two toys and a Chinese book.
(Teacher show the books and toys on the PPT and hide the schoolbag. Make a face of crying.)
Hide the schoolbag on purpose——I lost my schoolbag.
Show the card “lost” and invite students to guess the meaning of “lost”. Put up the card and lead the students to read together.
(Group1→Group1,2→Group1,2,3→Group1,2,3,4)
Step5 Presentation
1.Picture-showing
T: Zhang Peng lost his schoolbag,too.What can he do? Let’s listen. 2.Listening
Listen to the key words and learn them.
(播放听力第一遍,学生听关键词及句子,教师引导学生学习新词新句。)
Q& A:(播放听力第二遍,学生捕捉信息,回答问题。)

Step6 Practice
1.Pair work.
One student act as Zhang Peng and the desk mate as Miss White. Practice the dialogue with your partner.
2.Role-playing.
1) Invite one student to make an example for the class.
2) Invite three groups to show their performance and the other students choose who is the best actor and actress.
