Unit 5 I like dogs.

Step 1 Warm up 1. Greetings 2. Divide them into four groups. 3. Sing a song together. Step 2 Presentattion

1. Show a picture of the teacher and let students guess what color/ fruit/animals do I like. Lead out the title---I Like Dogs. 2. Ask students to answer : Where can we see the animals? Lead out the pet shop. And show a picture. 3. Ask students to go into the pet shop and introduce the animals . Pay attention to the difference between single forms and plural forms. Step 3: Practice 1. Play a game: Bomb 2. Let’s chant.

3. Use a wheel and play and answer: What animals do you like? Step 4 : Production Show 2 pictures of supermarket and zoo. Let students discuss “What animals /fruit do you like?” in two minites. Then show their dialogue in front of the class. Step 5: Homework 1. Read Unit 5 after class for 3 times. 2. Finish Exercise 2 on the book. 3. Tell your parents what animals you like.
