教材分析:

“Listen and do”板块通过教师让Tom站在玲玲的左边和让Sue站在Peter的右边这一场景,呈现本课的重点句型:…Stand on the left of ...?...Stand on the right of ...“Ask and answer”板块在课堂活动和情境的帮助下运用句型Who is on the left/right of...和...is on the left/right of...进行正确问答。

一、教学目标

1.知识目标。

(1)能够听说认读单词left,right。

(2)能够听说认读句型Who is on the left/right of...?...is on the left/right of...

(3)能够听懂Stand on the left/right of...并做出相应的动作。

2.能力目标。

(1)能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解对话大意并能运用正确的语音语调朗读、表演“Listen and do”和“Ask and answer”对话内容。(2)能够在实际情境中运用句型Who is on the left/right of...询问和...is on the left/right of...回答。

3.情感态度价值观目标。

(1)培养学生善于观察和思考的能力,初步培养学生的英语思维意

识。

(2)能够建立运用句型表演对话的能力。

二、教学重难点。

1.教学重点。

能听懂、会说句型Who is on the left/right of...和...is on the left/right of...并能在实际情境中运用。

2.教学难点。

对Stand on the left/right of...正确区分和运用。

三、教学准备。

教学挂图、多媒体课件、单词卡、配套音响。

四、教学流程设计。

1.热身活动。

轻松谈话,听“Right and left”的歌曲,师生共同做动作。

2.复习第4课以及第一课时内容,Who is on the left/right of...和...is on the left/right of...的句型。

3.新知呈现与操练。

第一部分:展示Look and say,导入新课。

(1)学生两人一组一问一答,展示朗读。根据座位表练习句型Who is on the left/right of...的问答。

(2)班内的学生又重新调整位置了,请全班同学帮助他完成座位表。教师给出不完整的座位信息表,学生通过问答空位上的同学是谁, Who is on the left of Mary? Sue is on the left of Mary. 然后把相应的人

物名字贴在座位表上。

(3)学生小组展示,完成座次表,并练习句型。

第二部分:Ask and answer看一看,说一说。

(1)教师呈现课本P15的情景并介绍:“Some students are singing and dancing. Who are they? ”与学生讨论图片中的人物。然后运用句型Who is on the left/right of...引导学生听录音、观察图片并找出问题的答案。

(2)出示Ask and answer的位置图,小组内如例句一样进行演示。

(3)教师带领学生一起读本页的句子。

第三部分:Listen and do

(1)教师由left引出on the left of 在谁的左边。复习句型在谁的左边Who is on the left of...引出新句型Stand on the left of…同时由right 引出on the right of,复习句型在谁的左边Who is on the right of... 引出新句型Stand on the left of…

(2)教师出示课件,由一家三口的图片引出on the left/right of …?学生回答。教师在黑板上出示Chen Jie, Stand on the left of Sarah和Wu Yi fan ,Stand on the left of Amy,贴上相应人物的图片,教师提问Who is on the left/right of Sarah?学生回答,在学习新句型的同时复习旧句型。

4.课堂实践。

Stand on the left of Peter的游戏。

(1)教师请一个学生上台,然后说出…Stand on the left of Peter。学

生回答OK。并站到Peter的左边。接着说…Stand on the right of Peter。另一个学生说OK。站在Peter的右边。

(2)教师发命令,在找学生站在他们的左右。

(3)学生发命令,学生一问一答,练习句型,并站到相应的位置。

(4)在学生站好一排后,教师提问Who is on the left/right of...,在学习新知的同时复习了旧知。

5.故事阅读。

(1)在阅读前教师提出问题:在这个故事中,有哪些是我们第五课所学习的重点句型或者是重点短语。

(2)教师带领学生阅读Ann and her dog 这个故事。

(3)师生一起找出本故事中所运用到的第五课所学习的重点句型或者是重点短语。

6.总结。

教师引导学生梳理本课的重点词汇和句型,让学生自己总结本节课所学的句型。

7.板书设计。
