These/ Those ducks are very naughty. b.语言技能目标:在完成知识目标的基础上,通过对话和课堂活动的开展,培养学生的合作能力、竞争意识和综合运用语言知识的能力。c.情感态度目标:通过活动,激发学生表达的欲望,调动学生参与的热情,实现目标语句的学习与拓展。
教学重、难点:
重点:学生能够运用目标语句进行问答公园中的活动并能够描述某个景。
难点:对these和those的区别与运用。
【学生分析】
在三年级学段,大部分学生对英语的学习积极性浓厚,基础知识扎实,学习方法得当,综合运用能力的能力较强;有少部分学生还是没有找到合适的方法,学英语仍旧吃力,针对此种情况,教师应充满耐心,精心备课,在教学中多鼓励他们,帮助他们建立学好英语的自信心。
【设计理念】
三年级的教学内容主要是在巩固以前接触过的知识点的基础上继续扩展学习新的内容。这一学段学生对语言的综合运用能力需要进一步提高,为此,我们在课堂上应尽可能多地为学生创设情境,坚持听说训练。
【教学过程】
I. Warmer.
1. Greeting.
Hello, boys and girls. How are you?
2. A guessing game.
T: Look, boys and girls. I’ve got a box here. Is it beautiful? Guess: What are these?
Ss: They’re …
T: Opens the box and says: What are these? Look, they’re flowers. These are beautiful flowers. Look at the screen, what are those? Are they flowers?
Ss: They’re paper flowers.
3. Watch the flash: Learn the new word“paper”/“boat” and “dragon boat”
(设计意图:引发学趣,通过游戏学习本课新词,进而引出本课课文。)
II. Presentation.
1.Learn the new sentence “What are those?” and distinguish it with “What are these?”
2. Text teaching.
1). Watch the flash again with the questions :Are these ducks naughty?/ What do they feed the ducks ?
2). Answer the questions while learning the new words (naughty, feed).
3). Listen and repeat.
4). Practice reading in roles.
5). Act reading .
(设计意图:循序渐进、层层深入、扎实有效地朗读课文的同时推进本课生词和目标语句的学习。)
III. Practice.
1. Make a chant.
Students make their own chants with the new sentense patterns according to the pictures.
2. Play a guessing game.
Guess the animals according to the teacher’s describing.
3. Role play: guide in the zoo.
Ss try to describe the animals with the sentense: These/ Those...are... (设计意图:学生们通过创编有韵律的小儿歌,根据老师的描述猜动物以及自己当小导游介绍动物园三个情境活动,层层递进地对本课重难点进行了实际操练。)
IV. Production.
Group work: go to the zoo.
6 students make a group: two of them go to the zoo to talk about the animals, the others act as animals.
(设计意图:学生们在参观动物园的真实情境中,真正把本课知识学以致用。在生活中自然而然地用英语思维,用英语说话。) V. Cooler and homework.
Draw a zoo or a park on a paper. And introduce it to your parents, OK?
