Step 1：Revision and lead-in

1.Show the Ss a magic apple tree. The words are on the apples ,ask the Ss to read them, if they read it right, point the apple and it will disappear. 2.Free talk Ask and answer game: (1)

-What’s the weather like in spring/autumn in China?

- It’s ... （Ss have a guess, teach words like “Australia”,”Sydney”by means of pictures.）

通过复习预热和图片展示等方式提前让学生熟悉和巩固目标词汇，降低了阅读难度。同时通过读前、读中、读后阅读三部曲将阅读技巧渗透给学生，让学生教学反思

先独立完成较容易的阅读练习题，进而采用小组合作的方式让学生完成难度较大的阅读练习。总而言之，教学效果较好，阅读巩固练习完成较好，但是由于生僻单词较多，课文的朗读仍存在问题。
