学生情况分析：

四年级孩子有一定的英语基础，能够简单的表达自己喜爱的动物，亲近自然，在学习有关动物的内容时，他们有着浓厚的兴趣。在学习本课之前，学生对农场的动物已经有所了解，能借助常见的动物感受农场区域、农场特征；能区分动物的数量（单复数），能够通过颜色、体型方面做一些简单的描述，并能进行合理问答；而四年级则要求学生能了解农场动物的习性（包括喜欢的食物以及能力等），在参观农场的过程中，养成良好的行为习惯等。

Weather 4A M4的模块主题为The natural world（大千世界），涉及到的单元主题有农场、有公园，有气候。这三大主题在以往的教材中均有提及，但具体的话语表达要求和对学生的能力要求有递进体现。

通过本模块三个单元的学习，不仅让学生理解、掌握教材所规定的语言知识与基本技能，而且还要求学生能在相关的场景中进行适当的话语描述，初步具备相关的言语能力。与此同时，形成爱护动物、热爱自然、保护环境的良好意识。

作为教师，要了解学生学习本模块之前所积累的言语基础，通过背景知识的激活来提高学教成效。与本模块学习相关的言语材料包括常见的农场动物类单词、相关天气状况的描述以及To be句型（含单复数）、To have句型和一般现在时态（如like）等。

本模块中，新增的是月份的表达、不同地域的天气情况的了解与问答以及体验郊游活动等内容。同时，在学习过程中，尤为关注人文体验以及在真实情境之中的体验与运用，比如：公园地图的识别、电子邮件的传发、气候类图标的辨识以及南北半球气候的迥异等。

单元教学任务分析：

动物是人类的好朋友。

通过本单元的学习，能掌握一些常见的农场动物的名称，了解其叫声，感受其生活习性，尤其是喜欢的食物；能用祈使句Don’t… Let’s…来说说农场规则；能用What do they eat? They eat…感受动物的生活习性。在此过程中，约束自身行为，爱护动物、保护环境。

Listen and enjoy: 语言欣赏板块。通过歌曲的吟唱，感受农场动物的生活状态，激发学习的学习兴趣、培养学生良好的语感。

Look and learn: 核心学习板块。主要进行动物食物类单词以及祈使句的学习，包括hay, grass, corn, meat等单词以及Don’t litter. Don’t walk on the grass. Don’t pick flowers. Don’t throw stones.等祈使句。

Say and act: 语言活动与练习板块。能在一定的情境中进一步运用核心板块中的所学，通过角色扮演，还原生活的真实。

Think and write: 语言活动与练习板块。通过想想、写写来巩固农场动物的习性、喜欢吃的食物，兼顾学生的技能训练。

Play a game: 语言活动与练习板块。通过游戏巩固单元的学习核心。

Read and match: 语言活动与练习板块。通过故事阅读，激发学生对农场动物的进一步理解与认识。

Learn the sound: 语音学习板块。能感受辅音字母组合sc-, sk- 的发音，初步树立音素概念，做到发音准确、到位。
