让学生先进行听和看的步骤，对所学知识先有个直观的认知，再将其拎出，既让学生对自己的学习能力有自信，也激发了其他学生的学习欲望。

让学生通过自己思考来得知为什么向日葵种子下雨会开心，引出bud，让学生学会自己思考，做课堂上真正的主人，也让学生对种子的成长有初步的了解。

让学生观看视频，直观的让学生了解植物从发芽到长茎的过程。

Give the students some key words.

让学生对所学的单词stalk有一个了解，之后的学习就能简单多了。而选选哪一个是茎，则让学生对于植物有了更多的了解。

操练grow时，没有刻意的让学生读这个单词，而是在引出的基础上让学生看着图片嘴里念着grow慢慢展示sunflowers的成长过程，既操练了grow 又让学生直观的明白其意思。之后句型的出现也已经在之前几段文章中做过铺垫，学生依然有耳熟，引出leaves时，用一篇小短文，让学生既有了阅读的机会，也不知不觉中操练了好几次leaves.

给学生关键词，让学生学着老师的样子做复述，输出所学的知识点与句型。

最后让学生两两表演出roses的日记，既让学生有了表演的欲望同时也让学生在互相练习的时候能互相正面影响。

让学生边看图边听老师说，各种有趣的植物，有点我们可以食用它们的茎，有的可以食用它们的种子，有的种子可以飞，有的可以驱赶蚊虫等，激发学生对大自然的兴趣与拥有一双善于发现的眼睛。

作业进行分层，让学生根据自己的生活环境，根据自己的学习能力去做回家作业，让每个人都能有所收获。
