《The Lion and the Mouse》教学设计

教学目标：

1.在阅读过程中，能根据上下文、图片等信息预测词汇teeth、sharp、afraid、get out的意义。

2.能正确朗读肯理解课文内容，能根据语言提示完善并表演故事。

3.能理解朋友的真正意义。

教学重点：

1.认读并准确运用形容词sharp、afraid.。

2.理解故事内容。

教学难点：

创编并表演故事。

教学过程：

Step1．Pre-reading 1．Leading-in 师生问好，出示朋友图片，引导学生介绍自己的朋友。通过朋友引出故事主题The lion and the mouse. T: Today ,I take a surprise for you .

She is my friend.

She is ……（学生根据教师的介绍，介绍自己的朋友，引出狮子的朋友）

Step2．While-reading 1. 学习第1、2幅图。

⑴. 学习新词teeth, sharp

T：Look ,what can you see? 通过观察图片，引出teeth, sharp两个新单词，并操练。

（看图、领读、抽生读、句子中练习）

T: I am a lion.

I have big teeth. (角色扮演) ⑵.学习课文内容（听录音，跟读，对子读）

⑶. 导入第3、4幅图。How do they become friends?

2. 学习第3、4幅图

⑴.观看动画，回答以上问题。

T: Look, Where is the lion? Ss: In the net. T: Can the lion get out ? Ss: No, he can’t. （操练get out, 实物演示）

T:

Yes. He can’t get out. Is he afraid?

Ss: Yes. Now let’s have a chant.(操练生词afraid. Have a chant) ⑵.学习第4幅图，

T: Who is coming?

What happened? （听录音，领读，对子读）

3. 学习第5幅图。

T: What’s the end of the story?

Ss: They are friends. Yes. 4. 自由读故事。

Step3 post—reading 1. 完成剧本内容

2. 表演故事

T: Thank you. now，can you act it out？

（先师生扮演，再对子练习，最后台上展示）

Practice in groups. And then ask a group come to the front and act as the lion and the mouse.
