Teaching aims: 1.

Learn new words about the colour in Look and learn. 2.

Preliminarily perceive the new sentence pattern “What colour is it?”and its answer . Teaching important points: Words:black,blue,green,red,white,yellow Sentence patterns: What colour is it?

Pre-task preparations: 1、Draw a rainbow on blackboard and let students guess,then lead in the word “rainbow” and the them. 2、Enjoy the record “The rainbow”. Step2

While-task preparations: 1、Repeatedly read words about colours and match words with the rainbow. 2、Look and say: Look at the different balloon and speak out the relative word quickly.

3、Look and guess: Quickly speak out the word of missing balloons.

4、Read and spell the word about colours. 5、Make a dialogue using new sentence pattern. For example: A:Look at the picture. What's this? B:It's a rainbow. A:How many colours? B:seven. A:What colour is it? B:It's red. Step 3

Post-task activities Make a dialogue using things by your side students a group. For example: A:What's in my hand? B:It is... A:Yes,it is.(No,it isn't.)
