T: Take out your plates and make a dialogue with your classmates. Homework: Read and recite the words. 作为一名年轻的英语教师。年轻的我不但充满了激情,教而且对教育事业抱有美好的憧憬。我虽然没有什么经验,但学是我会去积累经验,虚心请教学校里经验丰富的老师。
反教学的对象是小学一年级,学生的年龄特点是好奇心强、思
模仿性强、生性好动,有意注意的持续时间相对较短。而语
言学习本身是较为单调枯燥的,而一味以教师讲、学生听这种教学形式,势必使学生学习兴趣荡然无存。只要学生感兴趣的东西,他们就有求知欲,没有兴趣就不会有求知欲,学***减,从而直接影响学习效果,所以要落实教学内容,实现教学目的,这不仅是对教师个人素质的要求,也是对教师实际能力的挑战。
在课堂中我时常穿插游戏来操练新学的单词,孩子们的反应很喜欢并乐于参与其中。每一单单词的新授——操练——输出后,我都会再一一one by one 的检测学习成果。给我的感受是学生们都很棒,能快速反应出当堂课所学的内容。
