Idea of teaching design 教学设计思路
By showing today’s task: In the class, the teacher divides the teaching into pre-reading, while-reading and post-reading. The teacher first sets a situation, to get the information of the cover. Next, the pupils read and listen to the whole story. Then, the teacher and pupils read from page4 to page 19 together, to construct the story. After that, pupils read in groups with a question and find out the answer. It shows a process that they read from reading with helps to reading by themselves. After from shared reading to guided reading, pupils are able to read aloud, to act, to express their ideas. Also, Big Egg and the Ugly Ducking have some similarities. In the end , the teacher tries to stimulate them to think and read after class. PPT, animals’ pictures, worksheet Questions: The pupils aren’t able to understand the word “rest”.
Solutions: The teacher should guide them to understand with pictures and questions. Questions: The pupils aren’t able to read the new words correctly.
