III.Teaching importance and difficulty Teaching importance:

(1)let ss can skilled listen, speak, and read the new words: red,white, blue, green, yellow。And let ss can describe some relative goods’ colours. (2)Let ss bravely and flexibly use the important sentences: “What

colour

is it? and it’s answer :“It’s…”,and then doing some practice. Let ss use the th

important sentences into the practical communication. Teaching difficulty :the pronunciations of the words :red, green. And it is very difficulty for ss to read the sentences smoothly.

ⅳ.Teaching goals 1. Knowledge goals (1) let studens can listen ,speak, and read the words :red ,white ,blue, green, yellow,and then let the ss use these words to describe the goods’ colour. (2)Initially being precipitation of the sentences, such as :What colour is it ? and so on. Let ss know and understand the sentences. 2.Ability goals:let the students know how to say :What colour is it ?And it’s answer: It’s

ⅵ. Teaching procedures: Step1 Warm-up 1. Greetings (T: good morning, boys and girls. Ss: good morning, miss yang. T: how are you? Ss: I’m fine, thanks. And you ? T: I’m fine too, please sit down.) 2.Playing the song: I see yellow. (T: I have listened a very nice song last week; I will share this nice song with you. Now, are you ready? Ss: yes!)T plays the song. (T: Is it nice? Ss: yes. T: ok, very good. Now let’s look at a picture. ) Step 2 Presentation 1. words teaching:Teacher uses the ppt to show the Ss a picture which with some balloons. And then teacher points at one picture, asks the Ss: What colour is it? The Ss may not know how to speak it, and they may the colour in Chinese, at this time, teacher can tell the colour in English. Meanwhile, the teacher can paste the colour card and the relative word card in the board. And then, teacher teaches Ss the word. When teacher teaches the word, teacher can choosing some Ss to read the word and also can teach the

word in the way of driving the train. (Ss may have some difficulty when they are learning the word :red .at this time, teacher can try to teach the word separately, such as :/r/,/e/,/re/,/d//red/.)Then, teaching the rest words as the same way.(T:please look at the picture. feel strange about the sentence for the first time. Teacher can repeat the sentences several times, and let the Ss read after teacher, and then let them practice several times. (1)teacher divided the class into five groups. Each group stands one colour. Such as: group one---white,group two---yellow. When teacher says the word white, group one stand up, and say the word white three times with clapping their hands also three times. when teacher says the word yellow, group two stand up, and say the word yellow three times with clapping their hands also three times.(T:now , it’s time for our ……game.
