教学目标

1.知识目标

1)

学生阅读本单元小故事，能够在语境中理解生词及句子的意义，如：from...to..., collect, nut, dry, have a show, What else?等。

2)

学生能够根据图片和问题提示，读懂文章，养成良好阅读习惯。

3)

能够根据提示复述小故事。

2.技能目标

1)

能够用学到的单词和句子与他人交换有关日常生活、行为习惯的信息。

3.情感目标

1)

激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养良好的英语学习习惯。

2)

学了小故事之后，学生能够养成良好的生活习惯，合理安排时间。

教学重点

1.单词与词组：busy, collect, nut, else, have a show, from...to... 2.句型：What do you usually(often/always...) do on the weekend?

教学准备

多媒体课件，Zoom和Zip的头饰，卡通人物Tom与Jerry的图片

教学过程

Step 1 Warming up 1. Greeting T: Good morning, boys and girls. How are you? What’s the weather like today? 2.Sing a song. 3.以“摘苹果”游戏为主线开始一节课的内容。

4.Review the phrases of unit 1. 设计理念与意图：师生交流拉近师生关系，唱歌活跃课堂气氛，同时插入游戏，使学生快速进入学习状态并对学习内容产生兴趣。复习第一单元的词组和句子，能让学生更好地掌握和运用所学内容。

Step 2 Presentation T: Who can tell me “What do you usually do on the weekend?”

T: Now I want to know what Zip usually does. Look at the pictures. Who can guess what Zip usually does? S: Zip usually…

T: Now let’s enjoy the video. T: This time enjoy the video and answer the questions. (学生欣赏视频并回答问题。) 1)

T: Now read after the tape and pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation. T: Now you will read the story. Underline the new words or the sentences and guess the Chinese meaning in pairs. T: OK! Let’s learn the words together. (根据图片和情境理解单词的意义。) T：This time let’s see what Zip usually does from Monday to Sunday. (根据图片讲解小故事。) 设计理念与意图：让学生联系生活实际并根据语境理解小故事。同时让学生观察图片猜测故事内容，培养学生理解能力。听听力回答问题可以培养学生听的能力。模仿语音语调，培养学生口语表达能力。

Step 3 Consolidation and Extension T: Boys and girls, read after the tape again. Pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation. T: Now you will read the story in your groups, and later you will come

here and play the role. (学生选择头饰进行角色扮演。) T：Now take out your paper and finish this text.（随后一起对答案。）

Step 4 Emotion Education T: Boys and girls, we should arrange our time reasonably in our daily life. 设计理念与意图：培养学生口语交际能力，结合语言学习的内容，在日常生活中主动养成良好的学习、生活和劳动习惯，对生活充满热情，有一个积极向上的乐观的心态。做课文复述练习，培养学生复述课文的能力。通过阅读小故事，学生应该懂得在日常生活中合理安排自己的时间。

本节课属于故事教学，在教学中应注重创设真实情境，以达到巩固整个单元的单词和句子。本故事围绕Zoom和Zip之间的对话，讲述了Zip的日常生活。五年级的学生有了一定的思维能力，教学方法不能太单一，要多设置一些思考性的问题并给他们表达想法的机会，从而达到故事教学的情感教育目的（在生活中要合理安排自己的时间，养成良好的生活习惯）。
