Unit 5 What day is it today?(Fun with language)

一、教学目标:

(一)语言知识目标:

1.词汇:一周七天:Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Friday, Saturday

学科:Chinese语文, maths 数,art 美术,music 音乐,English 英语PE 体育,science 科学,computer 计算机

2. 句型:

What day is it today?

How many days are there in a week?

What’s your favourite day/subject?

What lessons do you have today?

How many …lessons are there on Monday?

(二)语言技能目标:

1. 能用英语询问和回答今天是星期几。

2. 知道一个星期有七天及第一天是星期天

2. 能用英语询问你最喜欢的哪一天及回答

3. 能英语描述当天的课程。

4. 能唱歌曲:days of the week

(三)学习策略目标:

1. 鼓励学生积极与他人合作,共同完成学习任务。

2. 鼓励学生主动练习所学的内容,积极参与实践,能大胆地用英语思考和回答问题。

教育学生学好每门学科,使自己每一门学科得到均衡发展。

三、教学过程:

(一)Warm -up

1. Sing a song : Days of the week

2. Free talk:There are seven days in a week.And the first day is Sunday.

What time is it now?

Do we have an English lesson on Wednesday?

What subjects do you learn?

Chinese 语文maths 数学art 美术music 音乐

English 英语PE 体育science 科学computer 计算机

(二)pre-task

1.老师公布学习目标。Children,today we are going to learn week.We must maser What day is it today?

How many days are there in a week?

What’s your favourite day/subject?

What lessons do you have today?

(三)While-task

1.学习:

1) How many days are there in a week? What are they?

There are seven days in a week.

四、教学反思:

教学内容与学生日常生活息息相关,所以他们都很感兴趣,学习积极性较高,能积极参加各项教学活动,歌曲也有助学生记忆和巩固一周七天的读音。通过一节课的学习,多数学生能认读一周七天和学科的英语单词,能较熟练地运用英语询问今天是星期几和最喜爱的科目。但部分学生对Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, science, maths的读音掌握得不够好,还不能迅速准确地回答星期几和自己最喜欢的科目,下一节课要设计相应的环节巩固。
