Lesson 5 In the Living Room

The students will learn how to describe a small place, and rev

This lesson comes from the lift, so hey must be interested inTense ,so it is easy for them.

1. Use some pictures to know some words.

2. Look at the pictures to review Present Conlinuous Tense.

3.Listen to the tape to learn the text.

1 .Students understand and say the words: Tv, chair, couch ,table, 2 Students understand and practice the Present continuous Tense3 The students form a good habit not to trouble others.

(创设问题情境、自主学习、合作探究、整合拓展、当堂训练)

Step1

1 Greet the students.

2 Show some pictures to revise the words they have learned: bathroom , kitchen, bedroom , living room.

3 Lead in.

Step2

1.Let the students look at the course ware to study and say chair, Tv ,couch.

2. The teacher asks :What else can you find in the picture?

The students look for the other things in the picture.

The teacher teaches the students to say: “book, some flowers, table, picture, window, lamp”.And then let the students practice saying the words.

Step3

1.The teacher shows another courseware. Let the students think about the question “Who are in the picture ?”The students answer.

Let the stendents look at the picture carefully and discuss the

question “What are they doing ?” The students discuss in groups .One goup one student answer the questions in class. And then practise the questions alone.Then answer one by one.

2.Let the students read the text by themselves and think: Are they loud or quiet? Students answer. The teacher tell the students not to touble others.

3. The students listen to the text carefully ,and think”Where are they ?”Listen again .And then they discuss in pairs and then answer . The teacher checks.

1. Fill in the blanks.

2. Match the words and the pictures.

Step 5 Homework

Try to intvoduce your living room to your friends.

在教学过程中,我设计了一些问题,让学生带着问题去看、听、读、文内容有关的图画、动画和录音,使学生在视听觉上感到清晰,调动了学些方面练习的不够充分。
