经过一个假期的调整，面对精神面貌全新的学生，我对未来充满信心。我要面向全体学生，满足不同的需求，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。学生在学习中存在智力、兴趣性格、态度、语言基础能力、学习方式等方面的差异，因此在教学中我根据不同学生个体的差异，对他们提出不同的要求。我利用各种机会给学生说英语的机会，努力培养学生的自信心，争取尽快熟悉学生。
