1 教材分析

本节课的教学内容是牛津英语（上海版）高一第二学期Unit4 Friend or enemy?.课文是一部戏剧的节选，包含了主人公、他们的对话以及剧本的舞台说明。本节课教学重难点在于如何在一定的情境中习得词汇，并让学生在语境中正确运用词汇。

2 学情分析

大多数学生对词汇的掌握往往仅停留在认知层面，对词汇实际运用能力和通过词汇延伸关联的词汇用法的能力并不高。学生对词汇呈现出自然状态的遗忘。因此在深入理解课文内容的基础上，创设与之相对应的语境，帮助学生“温故而知新”的同时，配合以方法的指导十分有必要，从而引导学生学会将词汇有效运用。

3 教学设计理念

教学生如何“学会”到“会学”是教学根本理念。“以旧带新”、“词不离句，句不离文”的词汇教学以期达到鼓励学生扩大词汇量。本节词汇课属于第二课时，在第一节课时里学生理解了课文和初步认知了新词。本节课在对文章的内容进行复习，创设相关语境导出核心词，词汇基本语义和语用讲解的学习的同时，进行词汇的拓展，并让学生在语用中掌握，以达到帮助学生扩大词汇量和对其进行词汇学习策略引导的目的。兼顾知识传授的同时渗透人文教育，在语用环节设计相关话题，激发了学生爱护动物、保护自然的热情。
