my students to open their mouth, to run their brains and to face bravely any new challenge both in and after class. It is not so tough for most of the kids to read the text, however, it is really hard for them to speak out or to write to make themselves understood. Therefore, emotion counts. As an effective teacher, I concentrate on how to learn rather than what to learn in my daily teaching, which I think will make a lifelong learner. That is why I constantly try to create a friendly, equal and harmonious classroom environment in my teaching. It is a long way to go, though.
